Pros:

The overall place is nice with lots of greenery, and the food is good.

Cons:

I felt this hotel was overpriced for the value it provides. Most of the other hotels I've stayed in throughout Cambodia -- especially those located in bigger, more touristic cities that offer much more variety in terms of food and things to do (that should cost more) -- cost significantly less than this hotel and provide much more in terms of quality of facilities and services provided.

Also, the customer service wasn't great. Staff were more worried about pleasing and tending to the senior French tourists who were staying there, who clearly had more money to spend and tips to give out, than making sure all of their customers were well taken care of.

I found on many instances, the time and attention I received was poor compared to the consideration shown to the group of older French tourists. It seemed like this was out of interest and more convenient for the staff, and didn't feel good to me or others who were clearly receiving a different, subpar treatment.

Vraiment très bien !
Pros:

Les chambres donnant toutes sur la piscine,, la déco, la végétation autour de la piscine, le personnel aux petits soins et la grande piscine plus qu'indispensable apres une journée de visites sous cette chaleur. La propreté et les équipements des chambres au top. Plus que recommandé.

Cons:

La cuisine était moyenne-plus. Donc bon mais pas avec ce truc du "je me suis régalé". Mais ça, c'est bien trop subjectif pour vous y fier. Hôtel excentré du centre, je dirais 15/20min à pieds. Sinon c'est 5min de tuk tuk mais rien de méchant, nous le savions mais les photos faisaient vraiment envie et nous ne regrettons pas.

An oasis
Pros:

Complementary pickup from the bus station was very much appreciated. The owner was friendly and the other staff very efficient. The room, the pool and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We loved being able to have our water bottles refilled at the bar!

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was very low and kept alternating between warm and cold. Our room wasn’t made up on the second day until we asked. The location is not very central and in an uninspiring neighbourhood.

Traumhafte Gartenlandschaft mit 2 Pools.
Super-freundliches Personal.
Ausgezeichnetes Essen.
Sollten wir mal wieder nach Kambodscha kommen ist diese Unterkunft allererste Wahl.

Pros:

If we could move in forever we would! Our bungalow was exactly the type of accommodations we dream of. There are six huts and they are all decorated differently and with great artistic care. The bed was wonderful; the pool was the perfect respite from the heat; and the food is absolutely a top notch, wonderful mix of Khmer and western choices. We couldn't wait for mealtime to eat our way through the menu. Mathieu and his wonderful staff made us feel like family during our weeklong stay. We would recommend this delightful oasis in Battambang to any traveler with discerning taste. You are bound to love it!

Cons:

I can't imagine anything better! Just save us a spot when it is time for our return.

Cet établissement est parfait et doté d'un cadre magnifique.
Le personnel est adorable, serviable et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Le propriétaire français est très accueillant.

Les chambres sont décorés avec goût et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est à la carte avec une formule et délicieux (beaucoup de choix et tout est frais et maison).
Le restaurant est une pépite, délicieux aussi.

Très bien situé, très proche du centre de Battambang en restant au calme.

Je recommande à 100%.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Excellent accueil de Mathieu,le propriétaire des lieux, avec une gentillesse extrême. L endroit est un cocon au milieu d une verdure luxuriante. Excellente cuisine et excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Beau sejour pour découvrir Battambang et ses alentours.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel accueillant. Nous sommes restées tard sur Battambang et le cabaret vert nous a permis d'utiliser leur piscine et salle de bain même après notre check out. Nous avons aussi réservé une des excursions proposées par l'hôtel pour découvrir les environs de Battambang qui était sympathique.
