Pros:

スタッフさんの対応は良かった

Cons:

浴室、トイレが凄く下水臭くてつかえなかったので、毎回1階まで降りてトイレを使っていました。
大浴場が狭く３人でいっぱいになる

Pros:

Colazione varia e a abbondante. Ottima posizione. Televisore con possibilità di impostare il proprio Netflix e similari. Stanza normale per il Giappone. Finestra con vista sulla Tokyo Sky Tree molto bella

All'arrivo la nostra stanza era impregnata di fumo di sigaretta, nell' hotel non si poteva fumare in nessun luogo quindi ci ha sorpreso molto

在地鐵藏前站附近，附近有超市跟便利商店，機能還不錯，走路能到淺草寺，但洗衣機跟烘乾機只有一台，還有顧客的衣服洗完不拿走，要等很久

Would stay again.
Pros:

We have stayed with APA before and like our stay. Love having an Onsen to use after a big day of sightseeing. Very clean hotel with lovely staff. Our included breakfast was very good with lots of Japanese and western choices. The hotel is close to lots of train stations and not far from major sightseeing spots. Lots of places to eat close by.

Cons:

The rooms are a little small. We knew this but using the room is a different matter. We are from Australia and enjoy a bit of space. I will say that our room was well equipped and organised with everything you need.
