Hyggelig betjening, som fikset vifte til oss da aircon ikke fungerte godt nok. Fint uteområdene svømmebasseng. Bra med spa. Gode senger. Lite bråk.

Cons:

Utilstrekkelig aircondition. Fungerte ikke skikkelig, ble ikke kaldere enn rundt 26-27 C på rommet.
Rommet ble i det minste laget for tre personer.

100% recomendable
Pros:

La excelente ubicación, la variedad en las comidas, la limpieza...
El personal sumamente atento, en especial Matteo que nos mejoró considerablemente la estancia.
Si volviera a Alcudia, repetiría este hotel sin duda.

Cons:

Que en las cenas no esten incluidas las bebidas.

Das Personal war nett und das Essen war lecker aber der Rest war durchschnittlich

Das Essen war immer lecker und vielfältig.
Es gab ein Public Viewing für die WM Spiele :)
Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Einige konnten sogar Deutsch sprechen.

Cons:

1. Die Lage.
2. das Geschirr war immer dreckig, egal ob Teller oder Glas. Wir konnten nie sauberes Geschirr finden. Das war wirklich jeden Tag der Fall. Und das man für die Getränke beim Abendessen bezahlen muss und es nicht inklusive ist, fanden wir nicht so toll.
3. Die Betten waren nicht bequem, man spürte die Feder.
4. Wir fanden es auch nervig, dass man für die Strandtücher bezahlen muss, um frische zu kriegen.
5. der Safe im Zimmer kostete auch viel zu viel
6. die Zimmer waren viel zu klein. Auf den Bildern sah es nicht so aus.

(No record go alkiler coche)Tony y Marcelo , personal del hotel que los verás en el bar de la piscina y Marcelo por todos los sitios, dos cracks , cuidenlos o otro hotel los fichará. Hotel de 10, catering de 10 y muy buenas sensaciones ,ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor ,repetiremos sin ningúna duda(No record go alkiler coche) Es un hotel que no vas a fallar

Del hotel no hay nada nada que no nos gustó. Pongo lo de record go porque alquile el coche por Booking y al recogerlo nos dijeron que lo que pagamos no valía y que si queríamos sacar el coche debiamos pagar lo que ellos decían, al final en Booking alkiler coche 5 días todo riesgo 170 euros. Al recogerlo nos dicen que tenemos que pagar 290 o no nos lo dan.y que reclamemos a Booking el seguro .NO RECORD GO

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al mare e a due passi dalla via principale. Ottimo il ristorante. Menu molto vario e si ottima qualità sia a colazione sia a cena.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut geschlafen, herzlich empfangen, bestens versorgt. Das Auschecken fiel schwer

Einfach alles. Angefangen beim herzlichen Empfang, über die sehr sauberen und komfortablen Zimmer mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Pool, bis hin zur überwältigenden Vielfalt des Buffets. Einfach sehr sehr schön. Wir vergeben klare 10 von 10 Punkten.

Minden tekintetben maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. Kiváló elhelyezkedés, kedves és figyelmes személyzet. Az ételek változatosak és nagyon finomak voltak. Az esti programok remek hangulatot teremtettek.
