Super emplacement pour aller à la plage et aux commerces
Pros:

L’emplacement
L’accès au spa
Le buffet autant excellent le matin que le soir

Cons:

On avait réservé une chambre lit double et on a eu 2 lits simples

Dans l'ensemble, bien, quelques petits détails qui aurait pu rendre l'expérience meilleure encore
Pros:

Le buffet, le spa et la piscine étaient très bien. L'accueil à la réception aussi et la situation géographique proche des plages.

Cons:

Salle de bain pas très propre, pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le jour dans la chambre dès le matin alors que les rideaux était tirés et le fait la chambre ne soit pas bien isolée de l'extérieur mais aussi des couloirs de l'hôtel.

Une équipe formidable, quelques points à revoir
Pros:

Points positifs :
La qualité de la nourriture est excellente, surtout le buffet du dîner qui est varié, frais et très bien préparé.

Un immense merci à tout le personnel du restaurant, sans exception : les cuisiniers, le monsieur qui accueille et les personnes qui débarrassent les tables. Tout le monde est adorable, souriant, professionnel et très serviable. Mention spéciale à Mohamed et Bassi, qui se distinguent par leur gentillesse et leur attention.
Leur accueil et leur attitude rendent le séjour beaucoup plus agréable. C’est clairement l’un des grands points forts de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Points négatifs :
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas car elle est centralisée et non activée début mai, ce qui n’est pas précisé dans la description. La chambre était chaude et, étant située côté rue, il était difficile d’ouvrir le balcon à cause du bruit.
La lumière du balcon s’éteint automatiquement à 23h sans possibilité de la rallumer.
Le WiFi ne fonctionne pas correctement près de la piscine.
Nous avons également été surpris par la caution de 10€ par personne pour les serviettes de piscine.

Dans l’ensemble, la restauration et le personnel sont remarquables, mais certains éléments de confort ne correspondent pas totalement aux attentes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
