Pros:

Przede wszystkim doskonała lokalizacja, w koło dużo restauracji, barów itp. Na plus miękki materac, choć dla niektórych może to być minus. Z rana pytała Pani o kawę dla chętnych

Cons:

Największy minus to parking. Płacić 100zł za dobę, gdzie dookoła można znaleźć miejsce, które jest w weekendy bezpłatne to trochę nieopłacalny biznes.

Chętnie przenocuję znów w "SleepWell", ale wybiorę pokój na max 1 piętrze i sam znajdę śniadanie
Pros:

Lokalizacja super - co było do przewidzenia, biorąc pod uwagę adres.
Obsługa - kontakt tylko telefoniczno-smsowy, ale to wystarczało. Nie tylko kompleksowa informacja smsami, ale również zainteresowanie telefoniczne plus łatwy kontakt. Ogólnie obsługę oceniam jako fantastyczną.
Wystrój fajny, widać pewną koncepcję.
Sejf w pokoju.
Rewelacyjna kabina prysznicowa, pełen komfort.
Duże i wygodne łóżko.
Funkcjonalne wifi
Parking też rewelacyjny, samo podejście, żeby zapewnić taki teren trzeba ocenić na 12/10.
Proste sterowanie oknem (nawet nie intuicyjne, ale proste do bólu) i nieskomplikowany pilot do telewizora (chociaż w tym wypadku jednak nie intuicyjny)
Ekspres kapsułkowy i czajnik z herbatami w pokoju

Cons:

Brak windy. Jasne, że nie da się jej zamontować, ale informacja, że to 3 piętro w starym budownictwie po schodach powinna bić po oczach w ofercie.

Czystość: wszystko, co powinno być czyste z założenia (kabina prysznicowa, umywalka, sedes, stoliki i komody), więc na pewno można korzystać normalnie bez marudzenia i obrzydzenia, ale przydałoby się co jakiś czas przeprać dywany i tapicerki, poddać meble lekkiej renowacji (rozumiem intencję wystroju, ale użycie mebli "z epoki" nie wyklucza zadbania o nie)

Śniadanie: totalna porażka. Opłacenia śniadania skutkuje wydaniem vouchera na zapłaconą kwotę na skorzystanie w konkretnym lokaliku, a ten z kolei ma ograniczoną ofertę zestawów śniadaniowych (i trudno mówić o wyjątkowości tego jedzenia.) Jeżeli już firma nie ma możliwości, aby zapewnić ryczałtowo opłacone śniadanie i pozostawiając gościom pełną swobodę ile i co chcą zjeść, to lepiej w ogóle nie oferować "śniadania w cenie" tylko zamieścić sugestie większej ilości lokali w pobliżu, pozostawiając w pokoju info o menu.

My best recommendations to everyone.
Pros:

This is my fourth time staying at this place in Warsaw, and I have never been disappointed – it has a great location, with lots of restaurants and authentic shops nearby. Communication with the hotel is prompt and informative. The parking lot right at the hotel entrance is safe and convenient.

Do not book a room there.
Pros:

It was a terrible location for a business trip, and the staff's reponse to our concerns was appaling.

Cons:

The noise at night was unbearable. The TV didn't work. There was mold in the bathroom. When sharing our concerns with the staff, we were laughed at and ridiculed. It was way overpriced was the poor level of comfort. And in a hotel called "sleepwell"!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zu fairem Preis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Lage ist super, direkt zwischen Alt und Neustadt.
Wir durften etwas früher einchecken, das war super und unkompliziert :)
Wir können das Hotel 100% weiter empfehlen!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, sodass es etwas lauter war mit offenem Fenster. War aber ok für uns.
