Warm and Comfortable Stay with a Few Details to Improve
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. It was definitely good value for money, especially considering the area. One thing we really appreciated was how warm and cozy the room was, even though it was quite breezy outside. That made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could have been better. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the coffee machine and sugar granules left on the tray with the cups, which gave the impression that the area hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, some tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the walls had visible stains and marks that made the room look less well-maintained.

Pros:

Lokalita sa mi páčila, čo do výberu jedla. Na danej ulici bol ozaj široký výber reštaurácií. Asi 20 min. pešo od stanice Warsawa centralna (cestovali sme vlakom).

Cons:

Neviem, či to bolo obdobím, v ktorom sme cestovali (február), ale privítala by som, aby bolo v izbe trochu teplejšie. Za to jediné znižujem body.

Czytelne wskazówki jak sie zakwaterować, szybki kontakt z obsługą, czysto, wygodnie; duży i przytulny pokój, cicho. Blisko metro, autobus, śniadanie i sklepy.

Excelent location and room
Pros:

Excelent location, clean room, little backyard with the cozy Christmas tree 🥹

Cons:

Maybe the room is a little too small for 2 people, but as we stayed for 1 night i dont think it bothered a lot. Aswell as there was no closet to put your stuff and hide it, so if you staying for a little longer the room might look messy

Avoid!
Cons:

The owner!!! The rudest person ever. I would have been scared of him if I had been on my own. Very very unpleasant.
And why? Because my mother and I couldn’t work out how to use the code to enter the building (like lots of other clients apparently when reading the reviews). He could have kindly explained how to do it, but instead he became horribly aggressive due to some kind of frustration.
Maybe he’s a drug addict!? It was a very weird situation.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi il centro città e per raggiungere facilmente la fermata della metro.
La colazione nel bar adiacente la struttura non è a buffet ma si ha ampia scelta.

Cons:

La gestione totalmente senza reception può risultare non comoda per chi non è pratico.
In ogni caso rispondono prontamente via whatsapp ad ogni richiesta.
Materasso e cuscini probabilmente datati e non molto comodi
