Pros:

Top Lage (bis auf den Fahrtweg, aber das ist halt so bei dieser Lage). Man kann hier super entspannen und runterkommen, da sich die Gäste gut verteilen und man sich kaum über den Weg läuft. In der gesamten Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Tolle Gartenlandschaft und selbstangebaute bzw. regionale Produkte.

Cons:

Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren nicht wirklich erkennbar bzw. anwesend (selten jemanden gesehen/gefunden). Hotelrundgang nach Ankunft war innerhalb von gefühlt 1 Minute erledigt und uns wurde die Hälfte nicht gezeigt. Das Konzept mit dem externen Restaurant ist fragwürdig. Uns wurde 2 Tage vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass wir keinen Tisch bekämen würden beim Abendessen und mussten uns somit kurzfristig ein Mietauto buchen. Vor Ort war es dann doch kein Problem und wir bekamen einen Tisch - somit hätten wir das Auto dann doch nicht gebraucht. Der Service im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig…die Mädchen wurden während dem Servieren eingeschult, alle völlig überfordert und im Stress. Das Essen war gut. Beim Frühstück - gute Produkte, Service jedoch garnicht vorhanden (Kaffee wird nicht serviert, Speisen aus der Küche konnten wir am ersten Tag garnicht konsumieren weil kein Personal da war). Alles in Allem - Super Lage/Unterkunft aber Preis/Leistung bzw. der Service passt nicht dazu.

Beautiful escape in the hills of Sóller
Pros:

Unbelievable location and the most beautiful surroundings, felt really peaceful and a proper escape. Fantastic restaurant overlooking the most breathtaking views - incredible to start the day with that sight.

Cons:

We think the bathroom was too small for what we paid for the room.

Breathtaking views !
Pros:

We visited this hotel with some friends and what a find, it is small, intimate, friendly, and set in the most picturesque grounds. An infinity pool , which took your breath away as it was cold to jump in, but fun.
The deluxe rooms are beautiful with lovely balconies to sit out on, all different.
The breakfast we had outdoors, taking in the views, the food tasty, with hot options available.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast and the waiters in the restaurant.
We experienced an evening meal in their restaurant, Barretes, the food was delicious, with the sun setting, a memorable evening.
I would definitely recommend hiring a small car, the drive up to the hotel was very small winding, single lane tracks, but once you've done it once , not a problem.
The nearest town of Soller was worth a visit, with a tram ride, to the port.

Stunning setting, very rustic, amazing views from the pool
Pros:

One of the most amazing settings we have ever stayed in, pool area was superb and thought honesty bar worked really well. Incredible sunsets!

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Es ist eine sehr schöne Erfahrung in Cas Xorc zu übernachten! Dreamy. Der Stuff bemüht sich sehr mein Aufenthalt genießen zu lassen

Beautiful views. Very relaxed and calm.
Pros:

The place and views are beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed food at Barettes but the desserts were lacking. The grounds and gardens are really beautifully done.

Cons:

The road up is quite typical Mallorca mountain roads and they do recommend a small car however it is still difficult and quite stressful to navigate/park.
Some of the staff of the restaurant weren’t very attentive. The women serving breakfast were much better than the ones we had for dinner.

Very good but for the price I expected it to be 5 star.
Pros:

The property was amazing. A true place for relaxation.

Cons:

When we arrived we wanted to have dinner at their restaurant but they did not have tables reserved for their guests. They told us we needed to go down to the port which was a 15-20 min drive. I would have appreciated if they would reserve tables for their guests for dinner.
