Pros:

V názvu Hotel, ale dost daleko od reality. Dům v příjemné lokalitě, blízko vlakového nádraží, kam jsem přijeli z letiště Luton. Rušná ulice, obchody, restaurace, fast-foody. To bylo všechno v pořádku. Pokoj v posledním patře, pohodlná postel, klidná lokalita.

Cons:

Sociální zařízení bych očekávala v této vyspělé zemi na lepší úrovni. WC se splachovací nádržkou na zatahovací šňůru, Prkýnko nebylo připevněné, klouzalo sem a tam. Sprchový kout s jakýmsi špinavým igelitem, který byl odporný. Jinak ale vše čisté (tedy kromě toho igelitového závěsu). Sprchová vana špatně odtékala a odpad zapáchal. TV bez dálkového ovládání.

Location is great, cheap for London prices and ideal to stopover for one night.

Dodgy door handle. Despite an explanation of the handle’s unique nature, we still had to call over the 24hr guy to unlock our door at midnight.

Convenient, pleasant place to stay near St Pancras station.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, a short walk from St Pancras station. The owner was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Great view from our window. Lots of pubs and restaurants around, it’s a nice area.

Cons:

Steep stairs and no lift were not easy for my husband with mobility problems. The room was very small.

Isolation avec l’extérieur (rue) et l’intérieur (voisin)
Serviette sale, ongle sur la moquette, vmc rempli de poussière. Porte de chambre qui ferme très mal. Système de sécurité défectueux. Pas de réception si besoin.

Bed bug issue across multiple rooms
Cons:

Unfortunately, I got bed bug bites during my stay at this hotel. I was moved to a different room, but continued to develop new bites there. Even more concerningly, a friend staying in a separate room at the same time experienced the same issue. I then also figured out previous guests had mentioned bed bugs in reviews in the last months.

The hotel did offer to move me to another room, which I appreciated, but the fact that the problem continued after changing rooms was extremely concerning. I did not get the impression that the managers are handling this issue with the appropriate care, and they do not seem to take serious measures to ensure that future guests are not exposed to the same issue.

Good value but reflected it's budget status a little too well
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location and offered a peaceful night given it's in a fairly busy location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had no air-conditioning and the sash window wouldn't stay open. This resulted in the room being like a sweatbox during my stay thanks to the recent heatwaves. I was unable to sleep comfortably as a result and checked out early.

Bed bugs!

Bed bugs!!! Both me and my colleague (in a different room) got bed bugs. When confronting the staff, they started getting aggressive saying that was long ago and we are now all scamming them to get refunds (I didn’t even ask for a refund). I shall just write an email, which they can then of course just ignore.. extremely unprofessional. I wanted to so badly leave this place and would no one recommend staying there.
