Location was good and easy to get to. It had the basic facilities I needed for my stay
The towels had a hair from someone else on them. Shower curtain rather than shower door.
Towel rail loose and kept falling off
Room was adequate and clean, relatively close to the centre. Tea and coffee include in the service, private bathroom included, towels and soap included. Park is very near the hotel, if you want to enjoy some trees and squirrels. It was enough for a few night stay.
Place could do with a bit of repairs. Curtains can not block the light in the morning as they are too small, there is no way to turn off the heating as the regulator is either damaged or not working so it get very warm inside if you don't open the window. And if you do open it, it is looking down to a street that gets noisy from a pub across the street or cars and truck passing by.

Could have been cleaner, a bit worn, towels felt like they had been wash/dried over many years.

Based on the price that I paid being £85 a night and the Location it was exceptional it was what it needed to be which was a bed bathroom and in a clean room if you are staying there for one night of business if you need a good location at a really good price, I could recommend it more Don’t go there if you want an exception experience to stay in London but if you’re looking purely for a facility to sleep in it is perfect for the money.

Era sporchissimo (non credo abbiano pulito il bagno tra un soggiorno e l'altro), vecchio e rumoroso. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire perché si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nella camera sopra di noi.
The staff of Leigh House and Avonmore Hotel are total sweethearts! They went out of their way to acommodate me (and at one point my family) and I ended up staying for way longer than I would have thought. Huge thanks to them - you made my stay in London ten times more convient and enjoyable!
Leigh House met our expectations. By reading the reviews, we expected our room to be very small - and it was! But it was very neat and very clean and it had everything that we needed. Communication with reception was also speedy and friendly. It's a 5 minute walk to a train station. We also walked to the hop on hop hop off tourist busses and we walked to and from the Euston train station with all our luggage. We will stay there again.
The curfew of quiet time can be emphasized or penalised because if a neighbour in the accommodation wants to make a noise or watch TV too loudly late at night, it may be disturbing.
It was close to the subway. It was close to the hotel I was checking out of.
Pillows were like a bag of rocks. TV didn't work. Could not raise or lower heat.
