Room was clean & although small, very comfortable & had all I needed & was as advertised. The convenience of the location is tremendous - close to transport links, pubs, cafes, museums, etc. For London prices, it was very reasonable.
The location is understandably just a little noisy being near pubs/cafes & with the occasional train noise but the convenience of location is also an advantage!

Good location. There's loads of cafes, pubs and good food places right outside. The bed was very comfy. I had a good nights sleep. There was a fan provided which was appreciated. It was cheap but now I know why...see below.
The room and hallways are in desperate need of a freshen up. Marks everywhere and they just look dirty. For some unknown reason one of the towels was left ON the toilet. I don't care how clean the toilet may have been, who puts a towel on a toilet seat? No staff on reception. You ring a buzzer and someone comes from over the road. Just weird. The staff who came over didn't tell me about the fan in the room. I just found it. Overall, not great service.

The room was clean and had ample space.
Initially unable to gain access. Said to press bell but there was no bell. After 5 mins wondering if I'd been scammed the staff member came over, saying it was on charge.
Was pleasant and apologetic, but I had been stressed.
Did not appreciate the knock on door before 9.30 asking if I was checking out. I was all packed and about to set off for my train, but it was not nice to feel rushed/pushed.
Building felt a bit shabby - more an overflow, than a hotel. Not staffed, only contact is with hotel across street, therefore didn't feel overly secure/safe.

The room was dusty. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were no grab rails in the shower. There is no anti slip bath mat on the tiled floor. Could not open the window. There is only one cup for tea or coffee. No staff on reception to ask. Very noisy
Inside and outside.
The bed was like sleeping on wood, and in the morning, my back was so painful
Clean , bathroom was good shower was great , bed was comfy
Tv too small , no fridge although I did only order single room n tbh I wasn’t there much only in evening as was out all day enjoying it
Excellent location close to public transport, pubs and restaurants. A lovely area too. We arrived early in the day but were allowed access to our room 5hrs before check in at no extra cost. We were so grateful after a long trip from Australia.
The room was a little small but it reflected the price.

The location was spot on, the hotel was clean comfortable. The staff really nice and helpful , although they were not in the property they knew if you were in reception and came straight over and a ring doorbell on the outside was answered immediately
It was just the stairs. We were on the third floor but no lifts and it was hard so we just stayed out all day and came back at night for bed. The others in the party were ok with it, it was just me

Reiningung der Räume nur auf Anfrage, aber selbst da nur Austauschen der Handtücher & Leeren der Mistkübel (kein Putzen)
War früher schon mal in dem Hotel, da wurde es noch eigenständig betrieben & war daher gepflegter. Jetzt ist es wie ein Air BnB mit wenig Platz und ohne Küche.
