A estadia no Turim foi como estar em casa
Pros:

Localizacao perfect. No Centro de lisboa. Numa avenida segura. Tem tudo ao aredor. Restaurante. Transporte e sitios touristic. Trabalhadores fantasticos. Peqalmoco a altura

Great location
Pros:

Location of the hotel on the Av de Liberdad was great, also close to the subway and a 15 minute walk to the old town. Close proximity to restaurants and bars

Cons:

A lot of construction and noise around the building, at our time of stay

As usual the location is great and the staff amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room window didn’t seal so I couldn’t keep the room warm and there was a fair bit of city noise all night.

Infra e staff muito bons, mas precisam melhorar na gestão
Pros:

Localização tranquila e próximo ao metrô, com excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Tive apenas uma queixa. Meu voo chegava de madrugada o que me obrigava a fazer o check-in por volta das 08:00h da manhã, por isso minha reserva iniciava no dia anterior e previamente tinha avisado ao hotel e pago adiantado, com eles me garantindo que manteriam a reserva. Infelizmente por descuido do hotel, me deram um no-show e quando cheguei nossos quartos não estavam reservados, o que fez que aguardássemos por mais de 1h resolverem a situação. Muito chato!

Lovely hotel in a good location. 20 minute walk to centre of town or a short metro trip.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast items were not refilled promptly when something ran out. Juice machine was not working one morning and coffee machine was not working either one morning.
