Clean rooms, great breakfast and very kind staff
Pros:

A very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The room was always well maintained and tidy, which made the stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very good, with tasty options to start the day. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything needed. Overall, a great place that offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

One small thing I didn’t like was that the bottle of water in the mini fridge was only 330 ml and cost €3.50, which felt a bit expensive.

NIce place to stay, close to all city attractions.
Pros:

Most of the services were Ok.

Cons:

The personnel at the breakfast restaurant should be aware when they are running out of food. Just once happened they didn't notice this, and I had to wait for 10 minutes until the food I wanted was ready.

Déçu par les serviettes
Pros:

L’emplacement est super, la personne au bar aussi très sympa et super gentil pareil aussi à l’accueil.

Cons:

Nous avons mis les serviettes parterre pour qu’il nous les changes, qu’elle ne fut pas la surprise de voir qu’ont nous les a pas changé ! J’ai reconnu car la serviette était taché ! Je suis vraiment très déçu de cette hôtel.
