Enjoyable especially the reception staff and door / cleaning staff who were incredibly helpful .

Great location and good breakfast

Cons:

The rudeness of the staff in the downstairs restaurant. We had booked a meal and then were very rude when we turned up. it seemed a real burden for them as they hadn’t sorted a table. When asked about a free table they said no as that one had been booked earlier . They then gave a throw away remark said you could eat outside. They were then going to put us in a gangway where the table concerned would been in the path of all meals served. As a result of their totally rude attitude we didn’t stay . The only negative point about the hotel .
