Incrível! Um lugar para voltar

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, da simpatia e do profissionalismo de todos os funcionários. A limpeza foi impecável durante toda a nossa estadia.
Todos os dias, devido ao calor, recebíamos uma garrafa de água filtrada, o que foi um gesto muito atencioso e que eu adorei.
Antes da chegada, pedi um quarto com boa ventilação natural, pois tenho alergia quando fico muito tempo em ambientes com ar-condicionado. O hotel atendeu ao meu pedido com muito carinho, disponibilizando um quarto bem ventilado, voltado para uma área arborizada. Fiquei muito grata por esse cuidado e pela delicadeza da equipa.
O café da manhã foi excelente, muito variado e de ótima qualidade.
Sinceramente, foi um dos melhores hotéis de 4 estrelas em que já nos hospedámos. Recomendo com toda a confiança e certamente voltaria a ficar aqui.

O Uber que coloca a nossa localização em outro lugar bem longe do hotel. Aff!

Cons:

Em uma ocasião uma das toalhas estava manchada. O chuveiro estava com defeito, forçando a usar exclusivamente a ducha menor. Esses senões foram corrigidos após reclamações.

My stay had both strengths and weaknesses
Pros:

Overall, the stay was very good. However, the bathroom—specifically the shower—was quite small, and the water pressure was poor, which made showering somewhat difficult.
The breakfast was satisfactory; for €15, there was a reasonable variety of options. That said, it was surprising for a four-star hotel not to offer fresh orange juice.
The location was excellent.

Cons:

I was dissatisfied with the attitude of some of the reception staff, in addition to the slow service provided to clients who were waiting.
After completing my check-in, I requested a taxi to go to Hospital de Santa Maria. A Brazilian receptionist made a phone call and informed me that the taxi would arrive in four minutes. However, more than 20 minutes passed and no further action was taken. The explanation given was that Lisbon experiences heavy traffic at 6 p.m. As a result, I arrived late for my hospital appointment.
This reflects a significant lack of responsiveness in addressing client needs during unforeseen circumstances. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has occurred previously with this same receptionist.

Pros:
