la camera molto carina e pulita. posizione centrale e a piedi si raggiunge tutto in poco tempo.
Il ragazzo del bar è molto simpatico ed è stato un piacere fermarsi lì a prendere da bere.

Cons:

non sono molto chiari con le info. ho chiesto se c’era un parcheggio che la struttura poteva garantire e mi è stato detto di sì ma è stato omesso che era da pagare a 25 euro al giorno e non era disponibile per chi alloggiava. Bastava comunicarlo.
Per la colazione io ho fatto presente che non mi risultava inclusa ma alla reception mi hanno detto che potevo recarmi al piano sopra il giorno dopo e avrei avuto la colazione quindi ho pensavo che mi fossi sbagliata io..quando sono arrivata ho capito che era come dicevo io e mi hanno chiesto se volevo pagare 15 euro di colazione (o 10 non ricordo bene) ma comunque non era inclusa. quindi un po poco chiari

Great & professional staff, very luxurious and in a good location close to everything you might need, over all a great value for money choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to be given a room with a broken AC unit that was leaking water. During the night, the dripping became increasingly frequent and loud, making it extremely difficult to focus and get a good night’s sleep.

We informed reception about the issue, and to their credit, they were very helpful and brought us additional towels to reduce the noise as much as possible. However, we were informed that there was no other available room to move to and that the AC could not be repaired at that time.

While we appreciate the reception staff’s efforts, it is disappointing from a management perspective that there was no alternative room available for an emergency situation like this. Having to spend the night listening to water continuously dripping from the AC was extremely uncomfortable and significantly affected our sleep.

I sincerely hope this was an extremely rare situation and that the hotel does not normally operate at 100% occupancy, leaving no rooms available to accommodate guests in cases of emergencies or serious maintenance issues. Hopefully, this was simply an unfortunate exception and not something that guests would normally have to deal with.
