Achei o quarto minúsculo, cheguei e o quarto não estava bem limpo, toalhas manchadas, equipe da recepção bastante mal educada
Não recomendo nenhum Turim

Aceitável para um fim de semana.
Pros:

Ambiente tranquilo, localização na avenida da Liberdade, excelente. Parque de estacionamento pago na rua, mas segurança.

Cons:

Quarto mesmo pequeno.

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel verdient den Titel "Mehr Schein als Sein". Alles wirkt wie ein 4 Sterne Hotel - die Hall, der Portier, der Gepäckträger, der Musiker an der Bar,. .Aber damit hatte es sich schon.

Cons:

Zunächst das Zimmer: extrem klein. Von 17 Quadratmetern konnte nun wirklich nicht die Rede sein. Alles etwas verwohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig.. Kein Schrank - wie in der Beschreibung des Zimmers aufgeführt -, sondern nur eine unzureichende Garderobe. Kein Fach, nur ein Kofferständer. Wenn man ihn aufklappte, musste man das Beistelltischchen vor die Zimmertür versetzen, weil sonst der Durchgang um das Bett verstellt war. Im 4. Stock zum Innenhof gelegen, hörten wir das überlaute System der zentralen Klimaanlage und gegen Mitternacht die Müllabfuhr. Das Zimmer hatte mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel absolut nichts zu tun.
Nichtzuletzt war das Rezeptionspersonal ( bis auf einen jungen Mann) extrem unfreundlich. Nicht nur wurden wir weder beim Betreten, noch beim Verlassen des Hotels begrüßt, Nein, man antwortete nicht einmal auf unseren Gruß. Wir wurden einfach völlig ignoriert. Solch ein Verhalten des Personals ist einfach inakzeptabel.
