Nice, clean, and friendly, but noisy.
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast on the roof top terrace was nice. We also had dinner at the roof top a couple of times which as good and cheap. The room itself was nice and roomy, but it was right next to the elevator which made an incredible amount of noise.
Close by is the bookstore Crossword and inside a nice cafe, Third Wave Coffee. We were recommended the Malabar Hill Elevated Nature Trail by the staff, and that was a great recommendation.

Cons:

Having a room next the the elevator was horrible. The noise from it going up and down and the old school gate every time it opened and closed continued until midnight and started up again at 6 am.

My stay at Kemps corner
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and friendly and do anything for you.

Cons:

Could do with a little updating .
And with it being a hot country a better small fridge freezer in every room on a separate electric feed as when you leave the room to go out the entire electric goes off and the fridge does too . But that's just me being a little picky.

Pros:

Location is a plus.

Cons:

MOLD. It was terrible. The bathroom ceiling was all covered in mold. I did inform the staff about it, but they informed me that there are no room available to change. I had to stay outside for a night, came back the next day when they had another room available. Even tho the other room was better, we could still see mold in certain areas. The entrance smelled like mold too.

The images on the booking.com site are highly edited and not reflective of reality. Rooms are old and smelly…and the night reception staff is rude of you point out the shortcomings of the hotel. They are not interested in providing a service. The price is not value for money.

very satisfactory.. will try to stay at this hotel every time.
Pros:

Great location. In the center of the city. Also, the area is well known to us. Breakfast was great too with good variety and some live stations as well as live flute recital.

Cons:

Few more napkins in the room would be nice.

Great locatioin, breakfast, foot massage and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast is on order with live stations. Location is GREAT. Rooms spartan but clean. The foot massage in the morning is heavenly and a good cause with blind masseurs.

Cons:

Rooms a tight fit. But street noise is high. The windows should be vaccum double glazed.

Pros:

Great location and really friendly staff. Good parking space and easy access to touristy spots. Quiet and not too crowded

1人旅でしたが安心して滞在できました。ありがとうございます。
Pros:

ドアマンからキッチンスタッフに至るまで、親切で、目配り、気配りしていただき、安心して滞在できました。
ルールトップテラスでの朝食が美味しく、気持ち良い雰囲気でした。
ドアのところのイラストが可愛かったです。

Cons:

リネンが少し古い気がしたのと、バスルームのシャワーの温度が一定にならず熱いか冷たいか、だったこと

This is such a great hotel, the staff is excellent and the rooftop breakfast is awesome! The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast were amazing, the best I had in India, so was upper terrace

Cons:

AC didnt workout and equipment of the room was not as good as I expected for that price. Looks better on the pics.
