Es war schmutzig, zu wenig Handtücher, zwischendurch wurde nicht gereinigt und keine Betten gemacht! Das Frühstück war auch eher schlecht als recht!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with problems we encountered. The shower was very refreshing and the bathroom were clean.
We could not get into the room, the handle to open the door did not operate properly. It had to be pulled forward and then down with considerable effort to open the door. The AC unit did not operate properly. Room temperature was 66 degrees (had to contact the desk and have someone to at least get some heat in the room) by morning it rose to 69 degrees. Also the morning breakfast left little to desire. We went to Tim Hortons to have a decent cup of coffee.
Very clean and comfortable room, bed very nice. Looks as though some areas of the facility were renovated others were not. Basic but room good.
2 stories no elevator. Don't care for that set up. Some areas weren't the nicest.

Had a funny smell like ...used to be a smoking room....not exactly the cleanest..
Room was clean but not special, broken chair, stripped screws and poor paint over bed. Chair replaced after 3 attempts, stripped soap/shampoo bottles screws reported twice but not addressed, and poor paint finish over bed not reported. I do not believe anyone is monitoring the text message system. I reported the chair 2 times and the stripped screws 1 time using that system.
Great value. Central to what we were doing. Stayed 3 nights. Room very clean. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Quiet but not creepy quiet. Basic room but clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay

Mini fridge was noisy but we were not using it so simply disconnected from the electrical outlet. Because of humidity there was a bit smell of it in the room so having an option to open the window would be helpful
The bed was very comfortable but the floor was cold

Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, plus it smelled like someone tried to cover it up by spraying something. Bathtub/bath mat were very dirty/gross.
