I feel I deserve a refund or a free stay at a different hotel

I like how the app lied about a pool, the option of smoking rooms, walk-in showers and included breakfast then left me with no one real to give my complaint.

Cons:

The main reason I booked a room was for one night off from everything, I figured would take a dip in the pool then a nice hot shower before calling it a night. So asking where the pool is located when I arrived was a real let down, I didn't like that the walk-in shower I requested was a bathtub and having to go outside to smoke didn't make anything better. What' Surely made it worse was waking up to go find that toast, bagels and cereal is what they considered breakfast.

Location was good. There was a bit about lease do not microwave boiled eggs but i saw no boiled eggs. There were no decaf tea options.

if the bed was comfortable, it would be ok

bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. noises in the room all the time. even though the shower surround was new, it was dangerous, very slippery. room doors were loud closing.

Cons:

Beds were supposed to be queens, they seemed smaller than full size. Full size juniors? Room was just okay, not okay for nearly $300.

Adequate to complete basic needs. Won't stay there again or recomment to anyone

Exterior of building was unkept, grass was tall. Refridgerator froze our food. view out of our room was a dumpster within 10 feet. Room smelled of smoke although it was a "non" smoking room. A/c unit was extremely loud. Room and bed... just not comfortable....
