Ubicazione centrale, ma bisogna andarci esclusivamente senza auto e rigorosamente a piedi senza alcun veicolo. Intorno è impossibile parcheggiare a nessun titolo per la congestione del traffico dei residenti e scarsità di parcheggio. Dovevo obbligatoriamente parcheggiare la mia auto d'epoca scoperta, e mi è stato proposto un posto per 25 euro in una spelonca e senza porta ma solo una cancellata a vista, che ho dovuto forzatamente accettare, dove ho ritirato l'auto piena di calcinacci e polvere. Risultato: tra parcheggio e lavaggio ho speso più che per il soggiorno di 2 persone in albergo, che di fatto è una palazzina riadattata a pseudo funzione ricettiva. Cortese la titolare nel fornire notizie per la viabilità davvero difficoltosa e per la ztl ad orario. Per evitarmi la sanzione ha dovuto inviare scansione della carta di circolazione della mia vettura, credo al comando polizia locale . Andateci esclusivamente a piedi.

Cons:

Ricovero auto a costo esoso e polvere e calcinacci inclusi nel prezzo. Autolavaggio obbligatorio a carico utente.

最高のロケーション
Pros:

海が見えるルーフトップが最高に良かったです。
朝日も夕日も星空も美しく、ここのホテルに泊まって本当に良かった！と思います。
ルーフトップバーがおやすみだったので、バーが営業している時にまた訪れてみたいです。
部屋もきれいで寝心地もよく、朝食サービスも良かったです。
スタッフの方も親切でした。

Big Disappointment – This Hotel Ruined My Stay in Cefalù

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but in this case, I simply couldn’t stay silent.

I originally booked a standard room. A few days before arrival, I was contacted and told that if I wanted a room with a balcony that wasn’t adapted for people with disabilities, I’d need to pay an extra €10 per night. I agreed – but looking back, it feels like this is just their way of squeezing extra money from guests without being transparent.

The room I received was extremely small, and the shower was so tiny it was barely usable. The balcony was pleasant, but that didn’t make up for the sleepless nights. The rooms have no soundproofing. Every night, there was loud noise coming from the rooftop bar, and every morning I was woken up by slamming doors and noisy housekeeping.

After two nights without sleep, I had to pack my bags at 3am and request to switch rooms. I was moved to an accessible room on the ground floor – much more spacious and quieter – where I could finally get some rest. But even there, I was woken at 7am by loud renovation work.

To make matters worse, instead of offering compensation or even an apology, the owner asked me to pay the balcony surcharge for all three nights – even though on the third night I moved out of that room in the middle of the night. Naturally, I refused.

Breakfast was also disappointing: powdered juices, reheated frozen croissants, machine-made coffee, and a waitress who seemed irritated by the very presence of guests.

The only positives? The location is central, close to the marina beach, and the rooftop bar has a lovely sunset view. But none of that justifies the overall experience.

Bottom line: Avoid this hotel.
There’s no peace – day or night – the service is poor, and their way of handling guests is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of better places to stay in Cefalù – look elsewhere.
