L’Italie traditionnelle dans toute sa spender
Pros:

Magnifique chambre grande avec balcon sur cour, petit coin bureau… un petit dejeuner copieux et bien presenté. Un personnel à l’accueil parfait: classe et adorable !

Weg zum Appartement war etwas umständlich über den Innenhof in ein anderes Gebäude, das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite sehr hellhörig, Straße nbahn fährt hier direkt vorbei.

Cons:

They gave us a room in the back of the building that feels like a totally separated apartment from hotel and lots of noise with people in the morning leaving the building.

Exceptional location, with the highest standard of personal service that you do not get in a chain.
Pros:

I arrived in Turin by train. Day trip to Genova by train. Used metro daily in Turin. Hotel within 50 m of station and metro so exceptional location . Bus and tram stops close too.
Warm welcome on arrival, luggage storage till check in. Staff friendly and efficient through out 4 night stay. Breakfast offered good, varied choice.
Interior decoration of the hotel was unique and cosy, beautiful décor in the lobby and public spaces. It is a family run hotel and the personal care and attitudes are evident. Calm feeling throughout.
Very pleasant local area, shops, cafes, restaurants, quiet park opposite.
Easy to get to all of the many highlights Turin has to offer, on foot.
Designated single room was large and well fitted.
Bed linen was fresh and of good quality. 4 good nights sleep.
Bathroom large and functional, plenty of hot water and efficient shower.

Cons:

All good!

chambre propre et confortable
vue sur le parc sympas
bien isolé sur la rue
25minutes à pieds de la gare porte de Susa
8 minutes en taxi (9€)

Cons:

petit déjeuné moyen en terme de choix, mais avec avec le nécessaire
un peu vieillissant sur les prises et interrupteurs et de certains équipements, mais fonctionnel
bar ouvert sur demande au niveau de la terrasse, mais bien servis

Decent breakfast included, spacious and well layed out rooms, nice enough bathroom, beautiful view of the city, good location.

Cons:

Quite loud, quite thin walls, and creaky bed, but to be fair this is partly to be expected in an old building like this one. Staff were helpful but not overly cordial or kind. Beds were not comfortable, very very stiff.

Good but ...
Pros:

Nice room with a balcony looking out onto the square. Good bathroom and bed. Quiet environment. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good location next to one of the main stations.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacklustre and identical every day. The cold cuts (ham etc) are limited, cheese comes processed and plastic wrapped (or tasteless mozzarella), and the only salad-like items were tomatoes and cucumber. More like a youth hostel than a reasonably classy hotel.
