Large room (I had the quadruple), with a balcony and very clean. Very good breakfast. While the hotel is non smoking, there is a cute outdoor space on the second floor where smoking is allowed. I liked the old (vintage) furniture, generally well kept. Appreciated the water fountains on each floor. Overall a nice hotel with a bit of character in a good location, right between the train station and the historic center. During the same trip I stayed at 2 other hotels, 4 and 5 stars respectively - I liked this one best
Not a huge issue but toiletries are minimal, I.e. no shampoo or conditioner
Das Hotel war für uns ideal, etwas gehobener Standard aber ohne Wellness. Wir hätten keine Zeit für Wellness gehabt, das Hotel bot alles, was wir brauchten: Feines Frühstück in stimmingsvoller Umgebung draussen, gute Lage für Erkundung der Stadt, nahe gelegen für unseren geschäftlichen Termin (Notar büro zu Fuss erreichbar). Zimmer sehr sauber, Dusche grosszügig und funktionell, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, obwohl direkt bei der Stazione Porta Nuova nicht laut!! Personal freundlich und speditiv. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage etwas teuer aber praktisch.
