Great stay overall definitely will come back again.
Pros:

The hotel was great, we really enjoyed the wam pool and drinks served there. The meal at night and breakfast the next morning were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. The place is a perfect for disconnection and peaceful moments shared with family and friends.

Cons:

The mattress of the bed we slept in (26) was not very comfortable, seems to have finished its lifetime, time for replacement!

Pros:

Nos gusto mucho la Habitación de segundo piso y la piscina, al desayuno pensamos que era un desayuno buffet , luego nos dieron opciones y eran muy limitadas, en la cena no estaba toda la carta disponibe.
Pedi un masaje al llegar para al otro día a las 10, y no llegó nadie, al parecer no me l oagendaron y no habia masajista, el resto todo bien, la piscina increible y las habitaciones muy hermosas.

Cons:

muy limitadas la comida del restaurante y desayuno.

Overall, a very good hotel that feels secure and has excellent facilities for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Our stay in Hotel Casablanca Spa & Wine for two nights was ideal. It is well located just outside Casablanca in close proximity to the town and surrounding vineyards, particularly if you have a car. The room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the central pool area. And the facilities are excellent with a gym, indoor and outdoor pools and tennis court.

Cons:

The decor is somewhat outdated in places and could do with a bit of a revamp. A fridge in the room could be useful too.

Amei o lugar, mas deixou muito a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel seria fabuloso se não estivesse tão mal cuidado, falta manutenção, funcionários, cuidados em geral. Fisicamente tem de tudo, porém praticamente desativadas as instalações.

Cons:

Internet bem ruim, café da manhã com poucas e restritas opções e esquema quantidade. Sem toalhas de rosto, TV bem pequena, sem telefone para contato com a recepção. A limpeza deixou a desejar.

Maravilloso lugar.
Pros:

Nos encantó lo lindo del lugar, la tranquilidad y la amabilidad de cada una de las personas que trabajan allí. Disfrutamos mucho con mi pareja de la piscina interior y del jacuzzi.

Cons:

La verdad no hay algo que no nos gustara, quizas si como recomendación se podria colocar algún tipo de alfombrilla o algo en el baño al salir de la ducha, ya que se moja mucho el suelo.
Tambien faltaba el control de la televisión, solo estaba el del roku y no pudimos bajar el volumen.
Salvo esos detalles no encuentro nada negativo, todo super.

Muy buen hotel pero más diseñado para el verano que para el invierno

El Restaurant es muy bueno.

Cons:

La piscina no es temperada para bañarse en invierno. Tiene una pequeña piscina que si es temperada pero que solo es para una pareja.

Que no hubiera algo para calefaccionar el baño, se ponía muy helado
El cobro extra por llevar desayuno a la habitacion que no se menciona en la recepcion
El hervidor electrico derramaba agua por debajo al servir.
Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesitan una restauracion, como pintura y otros retoques

Una decepción
Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña, se escuchaba el ruido de las habitaciones colindantes y de afuera. Cambiaron el desayuno bufete y ahora hay que escoger entre ciertas opciones. Para hacer uso de la tinaja caliente hay que pedir hora, pero cuando uno hace el ingreso no lo comentan y no hay personal en las instalaciones de la piscina para anotarse (antes era de uso liberado) y cuando logramos usarla el agua estaba sucia, una lata.
