Pros:

The location and facilities at the hotel are brilliant.

Cons:

We only had an issue with Lift C being next to our room. You could not sleep. All night you could hear it. They have two other lifts away from the rooms so if they switch this one off at night, it’ll give the guest on each floor great sleep. Just a recommendation. Thanks

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, wow! It is halal-friendly, which was a big plus for us and made the experience even more comfortable.

The breakfast selection was decent; it could have had a bit more variety, but everything that was available tasted very good. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the spa and gym facilities were great as well, especially the sauna and pool, which were amazing!

The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Truly amazing hospitality, everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and just great people overall.

The location is also great, with the old town and a nearby shopping centre only about 15–25 minutes away. .

We will definitely be coming back!

Cons:

If we had to mention something, a bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice, but it’s definitely not a must, everything that was available was very good. Overall, we truly loved our stay.

Pros:

Kreveti jako udobni, čisto, lijepa soba i kupaonica. Jako lijep bazen i spa Zona, iznimno čisto i mirišljavo.

Cons:

Doručak je jako los. Za taj kalibar hotela doručak je katastrofa. Klima se nije dala podesiti da hladi više, nego je automatski bilo na 22,6 C što je bilo previše noću s obzirom na jako debele poplune za sredinu svibnja. I pipa na lavabou se jedva otvara i zatvara.

В целом всё ок, сауна -- это приятно. Вид из окна красивый.

Cons:

Из-за высокой цены ожидания были тоже высокими.
Ленивая уборка. Просто скидывали подушки, меняли воду, закидывали одеяло. Не принципиально важно, но содавало ощущение пренебрежения, типа и так сойдёт. Постельное сначала чересчур сильно пахло кондиционером.
Хаммам почти не грел, там был запах плесени, а через два дня его и вовсе закрыли. За бассейном сильно никто не следил, там какое-то время была открыта дверь в подсобку из которой всё помещение спа пропахло старыми морозильными камерами. Я потом прошёл и сам закрыл эту дверь. Стенки в бассейне -- это не настоящая плитка, а просто плёнка с рисунком плитки и она поползла. Не то, что ожидаешь от гостиницы такого уровня.
Завтрак надоедает за два дня. Разнообразия минимум, но в целом приемлемо.
Расположение такое что можно вроде и пешком дойти до чего-то интересного, но нужно ведь ещё оставить силы на прогулки -- поэтому придётся кататься на трамвае.
