Pros:

The staff were amazing and helpfull at every turn. They helped us with all our questions, reserved us cabs and were always very accomodating. The location was about 45 minute walk to the city center however the tram line that was right in front of the hotel took about 5 minutes and was very cheap. There was also a bank right across the hotel where you could exchange euros for bosnia mark. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I could recommend is that breakfast could be improved with more bread, egg and cheese options.

I've gotten an upgrade of my room, but it was dirty, the toilet wasn't flushed.
