Das Mövenpick Hotel hat uns sehr positiv überrascht! Das Hotel ist super, sauber und besonders für uns wichtig: Es gibt Halal-Angebote.

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen. Besonders möchten wir Amer hervorheben. Amer war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Er hat uns bei der späten Ankunft sehr geholfen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Amer für seine tolle Unterstützung und seine freundliche Art! Solche Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Amer ist wirklich ein hervorragender Mitarbeiter und ein großes Plus für das Hotel.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Mövenpick Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bra men finns bättre
Pros:

Stort rum och toalett , välstädat, bra frukost, nära till tramstation

Cons:

Trevliga personal i receptionen men det är väldigt få som jobbar under jättevan ligg incheckning tid klockan 14:00. Det var bara en personal. Welcome drink alltid slut. Det är dyrt.

Pour le prix je ne trouve pas trop exceptionnel.
Pros:

Le personnel chaleureux et le buffet était bon.

Cons:

Les chambres n‘étaient pas tout à fait propres, surtout dans les coins des pièces, les rideaux cassés et les fenêtres qui craquaient d‘elle même tout les 30 secondes environs à cause des vibrations.

تعامل موظفي الإستقبال في فتره بعد الظهر ( وقت الدخول والخروج )

Very disappointing hotel. The receptionist was polite and friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was very poor. The room was dirty and not clean at all, and it was extremely hot. When I complained to the reception about the temperature, I was simply told that the room temperature was "normal," even though it was so hot that I couldn't
sleep.
Another issue is that the reception rarely answers the phone. I had to call around seven times before someone finally answered.
Overall, it was a very uncomfortable
and disappointing stay.
