Pros:

Incheckning med två killar, väldigt trevliga och bra service

Cons:

Tyvärr så var det otroligt varmt i rummet när ni skulle sova, sa till personalen i receptionen men inga åtgärder. Pratade med 4 olika personer och alla sa ska skicka upp någon för att kolla på det, men inga kom upp. När jag ringde sista gången till receptionen, så sa de att temperaturen var inställd på vinter tid fortfarande men när jag bad om en fläkt så visste de inte om de hade det. Hon skulle ringa tillbaka men det gjorde hon inte, så det var dåligt!

Our best hotel experience in Sarajevo!
Pros:

This was the best hosting that we ever had!
All merits goes to Nela, Faris, Amar and Mirza, although the hole staff was really great.
From the reception to the wellness centre.
We were needing some help with the our obligations in Sarajevo and they were more than welcoming, kind and happy to solve all the issues even at the middle of the night.
Thank you so much for upgrading our reserved room, we were surprised but more then satisfied with all the amenities.
Great hotel!

SPA centar is well maintained, very clean and more than pleasant, with silent music at the background, worm water at pool, showers, sauna and steam room, free bathrobes,flip flops and towels.
Good gym, we'll equipped also.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

they don't serve any alcohol in the hotel. They don't even serve beer and wine, I'm not talking about high alcohol products
