El lugar perfecto.

Muy accesible a la Basilica, a la Plaza Tata Vasco y Plaza Gertrudis Bocanegra. Muy tranquilo.con estacionamiento propio.

Always specify, don’t want the barn door room.

My dads room was nice but too cold. I loved the hotel kitten.

Cons:

We paid the same amount for two rooms. They gave us rooms on complete opposite sides of the hotel. The room for dad was nice but cold. It took a long time and a few calls to the front desk to get someone to turn on the fireplace.
The 2nd room was uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. 1st, to enter the room it was a pad lock and the only way to lock it from the inside was a measly chain lock that could easily be torn or cut off since the door was also a barn door style that left a big gap between the door and wall. The room was very small compared to the 1st room. Our bathroom was sad compared to the 1st room.
The room felt more like the abandoned step child’s room.
It was disappointing.

La ubicación es excelente, frente a la Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Salud.

Cons:

Para mí resultó confuso que creí que ya había hecho el pago al hacer la reservación y tuve que pagar al registrarme. También el monto de los impuestos resultó confuso.

Cons:

Pedí una habitación doble y me dieron una suite pero tuvimos que dormir en un sofá cama y no había agua caliente para bañarnos :(

Very good facilities and an excellent location, but they do not take guests into consideration.
Pros:

Nice play to stay, and very good location

Cons:

The woman who handled our checkout was very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, there was construction work going on, with constant banging on walls and floors early in the morning, making it impossible for us to rest as expected.

La habitacion estaba horrible nunca me habia tocado un hotel sin puerta en tu cuarto para acabarla el baño daba a salida y no tenias nada de privacidad
