Pros:

Food was fresh.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaotic,waited a long time for bowls and glasses to be restocked. The ingredients for the omelettes were short and we had to wait, but the lady who was the omelette station; Mbali Mhlongo worked well under pressure, kept a smile and still showed respect even when we were complaining. We were humbled by her work ethic

Wow what a great location….i liked everything about the hotel although the weather was bad but we went to the gateway mall and a joy ourselves

Relaxed, comfortable with great service.
Pros:

Room was clean & modern and comfortable, the restaurant was also great, and the food was good as well. But what made the experience great it was the staff that made the whole experience worth the stay
