Waste of my time and money! Never again!!!
Pros:

Nothing. Aircon didn’t work. They didn’t care to fix it or move me as I was there 2 nights. No feedback from staff

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is great and super convenient.

Cons:

I would prefer for the hotel breakfast to be fully halaal, which can be easily accomplished with many Halaal food/meat suppliers in and around the KZN area, it also will not limit food options for those who do not follow a halaal diet thus everyone can enjoy.
During peak times the parking area is often full and guests have to park inside the mall parking which is inconvenient and doesn't feel safe. The hotel needs to arrange more parking bays under security and in close proximity.
