It was lovely and the check in was amazing, staff was helpful and accommodating to my early check in
Pros:

Closeto gateway shopping mall, lots of restaurants options around. Safe to walk around the area

Cons:

Noise in the hallway distracting from other guests when opening/closing their doors and because it is at gateway busy area th noise from the festivities happening outside can be heard and the noisy cars passing by.

It's very safe ..and a short walk that leads directly into gateway shopping centre which is soo conv
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. .,a good variety......staff also very friendly,,,helpful..

Cons:

The idea of the tub in the room , a metre away from the bed.......is a real no for me...
I prefer the standard room...has a bit of privacy for bathing in the shower and for the toilet

Pros:

This is a great Hotel if u want to explore Gateway mall. The breakfasts are also great and included in rate

Cons:

We had a room for disabled. The bathroom is awesome however needs some sort of shelf or something for toiletries. I would suggest a floating shelf placed against wall between shower chair and toilet. The pillows need replacing as they are too soft

Perfect, relaxing, spacious and beautiful
Pros:

Friendly staff, the room was clean and neat more than i had expected when i just came from another aha in another province which was disappointing. Umhlanga Hotel beat my expectations.

Cons:

The long walk from the elevator to my room was very long with those heavy bags coming from another province to home and having to drag them to there was exhausting.
