Amazing hospitality comprises of comfortable rooms and dining while clean swimming pool is provided o roof top for relax
Pros:

The property was very clean and quiet. Located as part of the big mall. It felt like being in the mall with restaurants around us.

Cons:

The entrance to the property is a bit tricky. However, because is part of the mall we could park in the mall parking.

I would definitely go back. Service is exceptional
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. The hotel is well kept and has a warm welcoming atmosphere

Cons:

Parking is limited and the pool deck is nothing like the pictures. It doesn’t look inviting to use. Breakfast was also okay and their menu can do better

We've used this hotel more than 5 times and we enjoyed our stays
Pros:

Staff. Are Very Helpful/ Chefs at Omelet counter was very very pleasant and understanding 10 out if 10 for that counter and tea station lady too well done

Cons:

The Bed Headboard is oily and dirty /No Toilet pot brush in room/ And meat menu is limited *Ox Liver is
not For Breakfast* Rather add chicken strips for visitors that don't consume pork eg Bacon

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good. Our querys were responded to with good fast timings.

Cons:

The parking area needs to be extended to accommodate for the hotel stays. We would feel safer to park in the hotel packing. We really don't want to have to park in gateway especially when staying over.
