In the heart of Kuta where all the action is. The staff were amazing and really made our stay comfortable.
Staff were amazing and so helpful with our request for a late checkout despite being fully booked. Location is great.
No where to sit and relax in the room, just the bed or a seat with no back. Bathrooms on our 2nd stay where better as they had the hand held shower, first stay only had the rain head and these are not ideal for when you don’t want to wet your hair. We had twin beds pushed together, this was ok, but the beds were made with 2 doonas rather than one large one, if possible, one large one would be more ideal.

They charged me Aus $10.00 on departure for a mark on one of the sheets, we don't believe was because of us.

Poppies lane 11 crowded and difficult for pedestrian traffic/ motor bike and motor vehicle traffic.
Room very comfortable but getting a bit dated. Safe was at ground level which made it very hard to get to it to use. Had to sit on the floor everytime

The room I got is perfect. I was on the ground floor and my balcony is close to the pool and the restaurant. The photos of the room is the same in reality.
The room was excellent. It is the same as in the photos. The breakfast was excellent. The location itself is very accessible. Very easy to go to the beach front and restaurants. It is also very near to the Beachwalk Mall.
The room I got was a long walk from the lift. And my room was located near the construction area. I could hear them in the afternoon. Oh, and there was no hair dryer in my room.
