Pros:

The room I got is perfect. I was on the ground floor and my balcony is close to the pool and the restaurant. The photos of the room is the same in reality.

Pros:

The room was excellent. It is the same as in the photos. The breakfast was excellent. The location itself is very accessible. Very easy to go to the beach front and restaurants. It is also very near to the Beachwalk Mall.

Cons:

The room I got was a long walk from the lift. And my room was located near the construction area. I could hear them in the afternoon. Oh, and there was no hair dryer in my room.

Almost everything.. said it had 2 bedrooms but didn’t, check in was horrible nothing was explained to us, we waited 30 mins for them to see if our room was ready, then when we asked again they said they couldn’t find our booking (I had literally just checked in and signed papers).
The bathroom was mouldy and smelt like a male had urinated throughout the whole thing (we have two small children so this was not ideal!). Breakfast was average, and there were lots of drunk Aussies around the pool most nights. Not child friendly at all!

Unfortunately we would not stay again but the bed was comfortable

Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was non existent.. Most of the food available was gone and not replenished.. Staff inattentive albeit most had shirts on saying “I’m learning “ Waited 10 minutes for coffee and another 10 minutes finding a staff member who we had to ask for scrambled eggs and pancakes and the eggs were salty the pancakes dry jam horrible and then our coffee tasted like salt
