Great place for our overnight on the road.
Pros:

Very nice for our quick overnight stay. Checked in late - general manager was there - very nice and helpful. Room was lovely. Great area with lots of restaurants close by.

Excellent location with great amenities, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

Location was good. The cafe was my favorite. Being able to get my Starbucks in the morning earned big points.

Cons:

Only thing I can complain about honestly were the pillows. There were 3 on the bed, and by the time I woke up, they were flat as a board. I had a headache the entire time I was there because of it. Wish I would’ve bought my own.

How big the shower was ..

Cons:

It was dirty ..I found dog food on the carpet so they didn't run a sweeper..I found dead bugs by the TV.. stink bugs in the windows..the pillows were horrible..the sheets didn't fit the bed it came off while sleeping.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel location is close to Hollywood Casino, Starbucks, Tanger Outlet, Waffle House, and more. After reporting the condition of our first room, we were moved to a different room on the same floor. The bed was comfortable and the room size was perfect for two people. Free parking. Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.

Cons:

Room 204 had some sort of food that looked like crunched up Doritos on the couch. The walls were filthy. The clothing cabinet had dried liquid, possibly coffee or chocolate milk, as if the furniture has never been wiped down. There was a stink bug on the floor in the bathroom behind the door. There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat. I did prefer the location of room 204 as it was at the end of the hallway, but the cleanliness of the room forced me to report this to the front desk, and we were moved to a room right beside the elevator. The water was cloudy and warm, definitely not hot. The in-room coffeepot old and definitely not a Keurig. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with better accommodations. Breakfast is NOT free with your stay but if it were, I would not have eaten it based on the lack of cleanliness of this hotel.

Overall... Great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean and well kept.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot was completely in the wrong place. The lot is in the rear of the building, and the only entrance is in front of the building. It was raining out and got soaked until we reached the entrance. Someone was sleeping at the wheel on the layout!!

Would definitely return.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, slept well, quiet, clean.

Cons:

A little disappointed that we couldn't have breakfast. I have certain dietary needs. You had a couple options, but we were told they wouldn't be available until "the truck came in". So we had to check out earlier and go somewhere else.

Pros:

Breakfast was traumatic. One staff in breakfast and nothing but wait, drama and attitude.food good however. 65$ for breakfast would be nice with less wait and a smile.

Cons:

I was told room would be ready by 3 or 5. When I arrived at 7 was told one room ready and to wait for the other until almost 8. They were not connected as promised. Almost 450$ for one night expected more.

A nice day stay
Pros:

All in all a great stay, staff was great, gym was subpar, pool was closed for remodeling but all in all, a great stay.

Cons:

Could use some patch and repaint but that’s just cosmetic.
