Prima kamer en ik kon er goed een was draaien van 30 minuten. Personeel was ook vriendelijk.
Achteraf een rekening gekregen van 4,95 voor de gratis WiFi. Mogelijk doordat mijn familie met meerdere apparaten verbonden was. Dit was vooraf niet duidelijk maar het bedrag is te klein om druk over te maken. Wel een nare nasmaak aan Mariott hierdoor.
Stayed here after a concert in Burgettstown, about 30 minutes away. Close to the highway although somewhat hard to find (so was the outlet mall nearby). Didn’t spend much time here but it seemed pretty clean and safe. Parking was nearly full when we returned from the concert but there was some in the back and we were able to come in through the courtyard area. Plenty of outlets in the room.
Cons: check in took forever. The employees were complaining about a new system and it was taking a ridiculous amount of time to check in. One guest seemed to have a lot of demands and that didn’t help. Check out was also an issue as my travel partner was trying to use a coupon that was directly from Marriott but the staff couldn’t figure it out. The toilet worked but wasn’t consistent with how it flushed. There was no hair dryer in our room but luckily one of the cleaners was on our floor when I was going to go to the front desk and she grabbed the hair dryer in the room she was cleaning.
I’d consider staying here again but there are a ton of other hotels in the area. I’d probably just stay at whatever is cheapest.

The rooms are clean and updated. That's where the good news ends.
Four nights. Leaky toilet on arrival. We got moved, which solved the problem, but that's not how a stay should start. Next room, the AC stopped didn't work. They fixed it the next day, to their credit, but again -- a problem that shouldn't exist. We asked for housekeeping and it simply didn't show up one of the four days. No explanation, no follow-up.
Three separate service failures in four nights. Each one, taken alone, might be forgivable. Together, they tell you something about how this property is being run. Clean, function8ng rooms and a functioning AC shouldn't require effort on the guest's part.
Marriott carries an expectation. This stay didn't meet it.

Since booked with Booking.com, we were not able to change 2 queen beds to 1 king, which was available.
The refrigerator was not secure and we were unable to close all of the way, until we realized that it was sliding all over
The little ledge seprator between the microwave and the bedroom was pretty dirty
Thow shower was so difficult to turn on, we almost thought it was broken and we would have to call for repair
For shopping,The location is perfect....

We booked a reservation at this “pet friendly” hotel only to be turned away late at night because our “pet” was a cat. Zero notice on website that cats are not welcome. Do not hold yourself out as pet friendly without specifying which pets are welcome and which are not. Arrived at hotel late at night and turned away. Unacceptable by Marriott.

Location was good. The cafe was my favorite. Being able to get my Starbucks in the morning earned big points.
Only thing I can complain about honestly were the pillows. There were 3 on the bed, and by the time I woke up, they were flat as a board. I had a headache the entire time I was there because of it. Wish I would’ve bought my own.
