Rook was comfortable and clean

Swimming pool was under construction and the hotel hadn’t notified us of this before our stay which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a swim

The bathroom sunk tap burst open, spilling water on us. We had a flight to catch.

When I went for a shower, the handle came in my hand. Why would a property charging high rates, not have a maintained washroom??

I think I will not book Marriott again due to bad experience
Pros:

Only the breakfast part- rest in last 3 years facility and mannerisms have dropped drastically

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable- no bath robs, no hair dryer- very bad condition

It was disappointing experience booking the stay with Marriot. Their online support/customer service, reservations at the hotel and even the Director rooms didnt bothered to answer or acknowledge a request made. It was such a frustrating experience. Wont recommend
