Geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je welkom te laten voelen. Daarnaast is het een prachtig hotel en is alles super schoon. Het hotel ligt op een top plek in Old Quarter. Wij kregen een upgrade naar een grotere en hogere suite, was ook heel attent! Kortom, een aanrader.

Ottima posizione e servizio impeccabile
Pros:

Posizione nel cuore dell'Old District con un po' di buona volontà si possono raggiungere tutti i principali siti a piedi. Camera ampia e ben tenuta (executive familiare). In camera sono disponibili ciabatte ed accappatoio necessari se si vuole accedere alla piscina presente sul rooftop. Lo skybar merita sicuramente almeno una serata per ammirare lo skyline di Hanoi. Colazione molto abbondante con ampia scelta e possibilità di ordinare alcuni piatti dal menu, per gli amanti della colazione continentale sono presenti alcune varietà di pane, brioche, dolci e una macchina con anche cappuccio e latte macchiato (cosa non scontata in altre strutture del Vietnam dove prevale il salato). Personale molto gentile e premuroso, lasciate una mancia adeguata!

P.S. Hanoi è una città bellissima e molto viva. Se avete il sonno leggero sarebbe meglio chiedere una camera ad un piano alto.

Very welcoming and felt completely at ease on first visit to Hanoi.
Pros:

Staff were so lovely, east to communicate with, breakfast was really good, great views over the city, very relaxing hotel even though in the middle of a liveluy city.

I would have liked a bath tub...didn't realise I should have booked the junior suite ( which was slightly cheaper than the Tirant Suite I booked).

Pros:

Staff were great. We were told we had a complimentary mini bar, thinking we would have a nice cold drink when getting to the room. No we just had the complimentary empty fridge. Some construction going on across the road but didn’t bother us during the night, we just couldn’t enjoy the balcony during the day. Near the lake and some great craft beer places. Rooms were a bit dated. No fan in bathroom was a problem and shower head sprays you in the face when you turn it on.

Cons:

A bit dated. Reception staff not overly friendly, unsure if they didn’t speak English or just were a bit frosty.

Our rooms were at the front of the building with a small terrace looking at the street and during night it was noisy as the hotel is located in the Hanoi centre.
