Tirant Hotel

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. The rooms are large & spotlessly clean. The rooms have a balcony and outdoor furniture which is a welcome change. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They know you by name and are always there to help. The roof top restaurant and bar serve great food in a wonderful location for watching the sun go down. The location is excellent. It’s right in amongst the craziness of bars, street vendors & shopping but it’s only a short stroll back to the hotel for peace and tranquillity at the roof top. The breakfast is extensive and the wait staff too are excellent. Thanks to Don and the staff for such a memorable stay. We highly recommended.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen in Hanoi. Stunning artwork decorating the entire thing. Staff are friendly and respectful. Breakfast is perfect with every option you could want.

Middenin het oude centrum, perfect locatie, alles op loopafstand. Prachtige sfeervolle stijl qua interieur en super vriendelijk personeel allemaal. Het zwembad is klein maar fijn.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The Rooftop restaurant/bar/pool area is stunning. Great variety at the buffet breakfast (which is on the 11th floor so lovely views) and they also have an egg station. Aircon is very powerful which was great given the heat.
Staff are very friendly, beds comfortable, mini fridge in the rrom, Bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.
7/11 just beside the hotel as well as many places for nails & massages.
Weekend night market & shopping street is just around the corner.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else if im ever back in Hanoi

De locatie midden in het oude centrum

Step outside this hotel and you are immediately amongst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Close to the lake, beer street, and the weekend night market. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep. Staff are attentive, the rooms are comfortable and the decor is very pretty. We were upgraded which was appreciated.

Erg fijn hotel, perfecte locatie, fantastisch personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt!

The location is excellent, the staff go the extra mile, we arrived one day early at 2am and they managed to find us a room even though our booking was to check in later that day. The hotel manager Don remembered who we were and what we were up to everytime he saw us; he made sure to check on us when he passed by us to ensure we were having a lovely stay and to recommend things to do and best times to go. Great choice.

Beautiful ornate hotel with character in a great location in the old quarter

We spent 3 nights at Tirant Hotel. The location was excellent, one street back from Hoan Kiem Lake which was very handy when getting up early to go exploring around the lake and watching all the exercise groups (recommend doing). Also very close to all the shopping and some great little cafes located in the area, all within walking distance. The breakfast was also great, must try the spring rolls and puff pastry treats (yes for breakfast). The staff are all very friendly and guest services are very efficient. Rang for some milk for my morning cup of tea and within minutes they delivered it. The pool and upstairs area was nice but would not like to be up there if very crowded as the sun lounges and chairs are all very close together (understand limited space). We still enjoyed it and had a great view from the roof. Recommend having sunset drinks on the roof. Thank you for a lovely stay. If we had our time again we'd stay for 4 nights.

Ligging was perfect in old quarter

Perfect location. Food was fab. Staff were truly wonderful. Couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
