Tirant Hotel

Amazing hotel would recommend to anyone wanting a central location yet still away from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Chester and the rest of the staff for their amazing service. Rooms were clean and great value.

We enjoyed staying here for our 1 week vacation with a 9 year old. The room was spacious and we had a king sized bed. We also had a balcony and our room was facing the street so you can hear some noise but it was not something that kept us up at night. The staff were all very professional and aimed to please. I wanted to say that Brian was very helpful in assisting me with trying to call some bars one night since I was not sure if some businesses were open or not during the lunar New Year week. Thank you Brian for all your help! The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and the space was very spacious to accommodate a good amount of people so you don't feel cramped. We didn't get out room cleaned but did ask for a iron steamer which they had and brought to us promptly. We had a good stay with no issues and would gladly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance to many stores, the lake and train street. We walked a lot everyday and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hanoi!

Our stay was very enjoyable. It is a beautiful hotel, on a charming busy street, but you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the outdoors in the hotel. The staff here is exceptional. From the morning breakfast, greeted by Chester, you feel right at home. He and his staff set you up for a good day.

Tirant is a very comfortable, elegant and well located hotel. Rooms are clean, bed very comfortable and all services are very efficient. All staff and in particular Chester gave us persalised and friendly help whenever needed. Would recommend a stay here.

This boutique hotel is simply amazing. It’s right in the center of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, right in the middle of action.
The rooms are large enough for me and my wife. Large comfortable bed. It’s beautifully decorated. Water pressure is strong in the shower. The a/c is cold and quiet. Rooms are clean. Service in room is efficient and on brand.
The restaurant with daily breakfasts are extensive, lot of variety. The Vietnamese soup bowls are excellent, changes everyday. The service is impeccable, friendly and just efficient.
Chester and Ivy are standouts, quick with a smile and polite conversation.
Front desk staff, too are friendly and professional.
I work in a hotel and these kind of professional, courteous and friendly service is what makes a hotel special.

We arrived after a long flight and were warmly greeted by the lovely staff - especially Don deserves a huge shout-out, thank you for the nice conversations, we felt so well taken care of. But in general the staff is super attentive: The arrival day was my boyfriend's birthday and they were so kind as to bring him a special plate with fruits and some sweets.

We had a nice & clean room (without a window), it was very cozy and the bed is huge & comfy.
The rooftop with the pool is the best about the hotel, we even went for a refreshing swim after our long journey followed by delicious drinks at the bar. What a view!
Important to mention: the breakfast was outstanding, there are vegetarian options and everything is so nicely made and fresh - there is no better start into the day!
The location is excellent too - we just walked everywhere!

This hotel is right in the Old Quarter which I highly recommend. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are courteous and welcoming. Their breakfast choices are delicious and savory. Well, just get used to the noise including domestic drama between couples across the street at 2:00 am at times . LOL otherwise, hey, its an old quarter so some are old stuff too along the way otherwise, it was a nice stay

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Very central, easy to explore the Old City part of Hanoi. Clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast service, with some good vegetarian options. Very helpful staff. One of them saw how jet-lagged I was at breakfast and came back with ginger tea! Some rooms do not have windows, so if this is an issue for you, make sure you inquire directly. Higher floors are best to avoid the street noise, if that would bother you.

Location of Tirant hotel is great - right in the Old Quarter and easy access to sights and cars and bars. Don was extremely helpful in organising food tour and also cruise in Lan Ha Bay making it all easy for us to experience.

The Tirant Hotel is ideally located in the bustling part of the old quarter, it is steps away from Hoan Kiem lake, historic sites, beer street, restaurants and plenty of shopping. We called it home for several nights as we were always welcomed like family. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with exceptional breakfasts. The staff are stellar; a special thanks to Ms Ivy for all her care when I was under the weather and to Chester for his many enjoyable antics. The hotel stowed our luggage when we made overnight escapes on several excursions which made travel that much easier. I would highly recommend the Hanoi Tirant, you won't regret it.

This is a lovely hotel with great service and all the amenities a person can want. We used the hotel as our home base as we travelled outside of Hanoi. Each time we returned to the Tirant we were greeted by the friendly and extremely helpful door men and people working at the reception desk. The rooms in the Tirant are lovely----clean, good beds, pillows and covers and well-stocked with accessories.

The food services are superb. We particularly enjoyed the hard working gregarios Chester (the manager), and Ivy who greeted us daily at breakast. The food was delicious and plentiful, the service outstanding. One of our parties was under the weather for a morning and with the help of Chester and Ivy (who prepared and delivered a wonderfu, breakfast) she recovered quickly. Nothing like hot broth and lemon/ginger tea to perk a person right up. The Tirant is a welcome, calm spot---a great place to come home to after spending a day on the bustling streets of Hanoi. It was an A+ experience.

Stayed at the Tirant Hotel in Hanoi for 2 nights and it is a brilliant location. The old quarter is very busy but once in the hotel, you didn’t hear a thing.
The staff in the hotel are amazing and can’t do enough for you, especially Don. Who looked after us extremely well.
The rooms are nice size and the bed is super comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!

Impressed with Don providing us with a bath mat on the shower floor to keep us safe from slipping on the wet tiled floor! Kudos!!

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the second we left. Special call out to Chester, Brian and all the staff in the restaurant who helped us take care of our 10 month old while we ate in peace. Great location, great hotel made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend .

Lovely stay! The rooms are beautiful with several
amenities including a coffee/hot water station, safe and fridge. The staff is attentive and kind. Highly recommend!
