Pros:

located in the heart of Hanoi with many activities and event happening. Easy access for street food vendors - located everywhere. hotel was super clean and so vintage like. Thankful for the cold air-conditioned throughout the facility. All staffs were professionals and helpful. Chester remember all the family members and was very friendly. Don was very helpful during checkout, reminding us to double check everything. we enjoy our stay and have no complaint. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Huge thank you to the hotel and team for making our stay worthwhile despite the hot/humid heat.

Our family enjoyed the Hanoi Tirant Hotel and would be happy to recommend it to others.
Pros:

The entire staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Nancy went out of her way before our arrival even to assist with airport taxis, even with a delayed flight, and an unexpected delayed arrival. The rooms were clean, well appointed and a suitable size for the price. Breakfast offered a solid variety of local foods, and we were glad to enjoy it before heading out each day. The location, for tourists, was outstanding! Hotspots were easily within walking distance. :-)

Cons:

The pool was not worth the effort. Chlorine levels were high and the water still dirtier than we would have liked. Having said that, the manager was very responsive to our feedback about this.
Also, the coffee maker at the breakfast buffett takes ages to brew. Just go there first before getting your food. ;-)

The location was brilliant you are near all the action of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond, especially Don who helped us out of a situation. Lovely buffet breakfast served in restaurant that has great views of the city.

The best Hanoi hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is stunning! From the decor to the cleanliness, everything was amazing. The breakfast options were wonderful and I cannot tell you just how great and attentive the staff were, often anticipating our needs before we even knew we needed help lol.
Chester and the other staff that assisted during breakfast were all so lovely to chat to and always had great recommendations for us and the hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter at the top of the lake.
We were actually really sad to leave after having such a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back again!

Cons:

There was not a single thing I could possibly say I didn't like.

Not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

Location was good. Hotel provides filtered cold water 24/7. Hotel manager Don was very helpful.

Cons:

Hotel facility is very exhausted. The building is old and needs renevation.I was told by the reception staff that they upgraded my room to executive premium room. In my opinion, this room wasn't even at a standard 5 stars hotel room level. I don't think this hotel is at 5 stars level as I stayed at many 5 stars hotels over the years. It is at 4 stars level in my personal opinion.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Tirant Hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The staff were very welcoming :) The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing - fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. Highly recommend.
