Accueillant mais déçus de la qualité de la chambre

Bon Emplacement géographique
Jolie hôtel côté neuf
Propre dans l’ensemble

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix par rapport à la chambre , salle de bain délabrés cuvette de toilette mal fixés, douche bouchée, robinet mal fixé, je trouve que pour le prix ils auraient pu vérifier l’état de la chambre salle de bain avant

Nouvelle chambre bien

Le personnel accueillant, à l écoute

Dans les nouvelles chambres très bien à part la climatisation qui souffle pas trop à la bonne température un 16 faisait un 23, sinon très bien et spacieuse, attention à des petits détails comme le rideau en bas des portes noires à faire attention à ces détails, et changer les serviettes de bain
tout les jours, la piscine est très jolie et l accueil également, par contre les anciennes chambres de l’autre côté de la route mériteraient du renouveau et pas très digne d un 4 étoiles ! Nous sommes partis à plusieurs couples de la même famille certains dans les nouveaux locaux contents, les autres anciens pas content du prix pour avoir des chambres si anciennes c est dommage parce que l hôtel mériterait beaucoup mieux ça dénature. Le petit déjeuné dans l ensemble ça été manque de fruit mais sinon va été et copieux ça c est agréable et a volonté c est agréable.

La piscina está muy bien y la recepción.

Cons:

El hotel no se corresponde con las imágenes. Las habitaciones están alejadas del hotel fuera del complejo, tipo bungalow hay mucho ruido en las noches. El desayuno muy flojo y de mala calidad. El DJ en la piscina tiene la música sumamente alta y molesta. Falso que esté a 400 metros del pueblo, es necesario coger coche.
La limpieza es muy nefasta, el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones simplemente estira la cama malamente.

La struttura come è stata ristrutturata. Complimenti a Sig. Salvatore per il ristorante. Ottimo personale reception bar animazione piscina..

La camera matrimoniale priva di tende che per privacy ho dovuto tenere le finestre chiuse. Il letto ho chiesto matrimoniale e avevo due materassi uniti e oltretutto usurati. Il condizionatore durante e dopo l’utilizzo faceva un rumore fastidioso che non lasciava riposare. Il bagno: il microfono doccia che non era sostenuto , per non parlare della box doccia.. il rubinetto del lavandino dava un getto forte e schizzava ovunque. Gli asciugamani in spugna solo x doccia . X viso ecc tessuto che nemmeno asciugava. Poi mi aspettavo almeno uno stendino o un filo x stendere.

Punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la posizione, vicinissima a Porto Cervo. Bellissima la piscina e tutta la zona restaurata. Ristorante buono, portate gustose

Cons:

Pulizia della camera un po’ superficiale. In un angolo della camera c’erano un bel po’ di formiche e animaletti simili. Se non fosse stato per questo il soggiorno sarebbe stato davvero perfetto.

Only to sleep, not for the beach or any meals.

Cons:

The booking website said “Free Shuttle”, but the receipt did not include the free shuttle. This would have been a value of $250, as we asked taxi drivers about it. We informed the hotel that we were disappointed by this and we informed booking.com, but neither have reacted to this additional cost that we incurred.
