Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Toller Pool und Außenbereich. Bar und Hotel selbst auch super. Verschiedene Zimmertypen, darauf sollte man achten. Waren in einem separaten Gebäude außerhalb des Hotelkomplexes. Zimmer einfach, aber trotzdem alles da (Klima, Kühlschrank, Dusche mit Druck und heißem Wasser, Safe). Ab 17.00 DJ-Musik im Poolbereich. Speisesaal etwas zu laut, aber Essen ebenfalls alles gut. Italienisch eben.

la piscina es chulisima, muy nuevo todo, preciosa decoración. el lugar es para moverse en coche, la cla Bota nunc ala use porque tienes calas espectaculares muy crca y facil de aparcar. si quiere u dia algo diferente la cena de la parte del chef es excepcional, mas o mneos 80 o 90 euros por cabeza per de alta calidad el servicio TODOS excepcional.

Pros:

Habitaciones reformadas y muy amplias. Piscina fantástica y zona de bar de piscina. Restaurante muy cómodo. Personal amable. Wifi en todas las instalaciones. Poca aglomeración de gente.

Cons:

Sin parking propio, aunque puedes aparcar en uno público gratuito junto al hotel pero tienes que dar toda la vuelta por una calle oscura.

Segnalo gravi inadempienze che hanno compromesso soggiorno e sicurezza:

*1. Mancanza di igiene grave:* ragnatele sui muri e in tutti gli angoli, tovaglie e asciugamani sporchi con evidenti tracce di trucco e capelli neri di precedenti ospiti.

*2. Grave violazione della sicurezza - PORTA LASCIATA APERTA DALLE PULIZIE:* dopo il servizio di pulizia, il personale ha lasciato la porta della stanza completamente aperta e incustodita, andandosene.
> La stanza non si trova nel corpo centrale della struttura ma in zona pineta, direttamente affacciata sulla strada pubblica. Lasciandola aperta, chiunque avrebbe potuto entrare e rubare i nostri effetti personali.
> La cosa più grave: in stanza soggiornava anche il nostro cane. Se fosse stato presente in quel momento, avrebbe potuto scappare sulla strada con rischio di investimento o smarrimento. Si è messa a rischio l'incolumità di un animale e la sicurezza dei nostri beni. Inaccettabile.

3. Mancanza di servizi base:* bar chiuso la sera, nessun servizio acqua o altro disponibile.
>
> Riconosco la gentilezza del bagnino e dei ragazzi del bar, ma questo non compensa i punti sopra, che riguardano igiene e sicurezza.

> Per quanto sopra, chiedo Booking, ai sensi della Garanzia di assistenza, un risarcimento parziale pari al [50-70%] dell'importo totale e la segnalazione della struttura per verifica standard di sicurezza e pulizia.

Vacanza rigenerante
Pros:

Piscina, ristorante con qualità buona dei pasti della colazione e della cena,personale cordiale e disponibile,camera superior bella con bagno grande, posizione perfetta per la costa smeralda. Vista superlativa al tramonto e porticciolo bellissimo

Cons:

Pulizia delle camere molto superficiale, spiaggia buona per rilassarsi ma non per farsi il bagno, le tende nelle camere erano sporche.

Con un piccolo lavoro di organizzazione si potrebbe alzare il livello della struttura.
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, a circa 15/20 min distano le spiagge piu belle e il centro di Porto Cervo, la struttura è accogliente e abbiamo trovato ottimo il bar in piscina, sia per i drink che per il cibo.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuta l'organizzazione, a volte sembrava tutto un po improvvisato, e ad alcune richieste da noi presentate non abbiamo avuto la disponibilità che ci saremmo aspettati. Abbiamo cenato alcune sere in struttura ad un costo di 35€ a persona ma non abbiamo trovato all'altezza la cena presentata. la spiaggia dell'hotel da non tenere in considerazione. Anche la pulizia della stanza non all'altezza.

Great location but most of it was disappointing
Pros:

- Amazing location, close to Porto Cervo and Poltu Quatu. It's also quiet at night.
- Decent breakfast
- Pool area is nice to hang out
- Staff is friendly
- Room was relatively spacious
- Large public parking close by

Cons:

- Terrible wifi and connectivity. This was a huge problem for me as I was working from the hotel for a few days.
- Cleaning of the room is inconsistent. Basic things like soap and shampoo were not added when we ran out of them.
- The lunch menu is very limited and the food is quite mediocre for Italy.
- Impossible to even buy a bottle of water if you need one at a late time
- No iron or iron board. I had wrinkled shirts and couldn't iron/steam them to go out for dinners, etc.
- No dry cleaning service
- One side of the hotel is quite old and outdated.
