Rooms were clean and confortable

Cons:

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job every day. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our experience.

The rest of the staff provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Most employees seemed unfriendly and acted as if they were doing guests a favor rather than providing hospitality.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lunch buffet. We paid €35 per adult (and €25 for children), expecting a decent meal. Instead, there were very few options, and what was available was poor quality. The fish was watery and flavorless, and almost everything was disappointing except for the small pizzas. We shared our feedback with the front desk, not expecting a refund, but simply hoping for some acknowledgment or concern. Instead, the response was complete indifference. There was no apology, no effort to improve the situation, and no attempt to make things right.

Another frustrating experience involved something as simple as ordering a Coke. I asked if I could have one and was told only wine and juice were included, which was perfectly understandable. I then said I was happy to pay for a Coke separately, but I was still told “No, you can’t.” I was instructed to leave the restaurant, go to the outside bar, buy a Coke there, and then return. When my daughter went to the outside bar to buy two Cokes to bring back into the restaurant, she was told she wasn’t allowed to bring them inside. The attitude of the staff during this entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.

The beach towel deposit was another unpleasant experience. We needed four towels, which required a €10 cash deposit for each towel. I was in a hurry and asked if the deposit could simply be charged to my room, or if I could pay the cash later that day. The staff reacted as though I had asked for something unreasonable.

La camera era un tugurio piccola, sperduta nel nulla il balcone era sporco e non si poteva uscire non si potevano aprire le porte perché erano senza zanzariere e la stanza era immersa nella piante piena di insetti e costretti a stare sempre con il condizionatore acceso.
Quando abbiamo chiesto al personale di cambiare stanza pagando anche un supplemento ci hanno detto che erano piena e ci dovevamo accontentare

Las instalaciones comunes, como la recepción, el bar y la piscina, estaban perfectas: limpias y nuevas. El desayuno era súper completo y todo estaba muy rico.

Cons:

En cuanto a las habitaciones, nos alojaron en una zona 'apartada' del hotel. Hay como un anexo; hay que cruzar una calle para llegar a una extensión del hotel donde las habitaciones no son como aparecen en las fotos: son más antiguas, aunque todo estaba muy limpio y bien organizado.
Otro punto importante es que la playa del hotel parece más un río que una playa. No resulta muy atractiva ni especialmente bonita, ya que mezcla vegetación con arena. Además, no hay bar ni ningún tipo de ambiente en esa playa.
La ubicación del hotel también es un inconveniente: no hay supermercados, restaurantes ni bares cerca. Si llegas tarde, prepárate, porque no encontrarás comida disponible; ni siquiera hay una máquina expendedora para comprar una botella de agua.
Si no vienes en coche, el hotel ofrece un servicio de traslado de pago a dos playas cercanas que, en mi opinión, debería ser gratuito, ya que la playa del hotel no es especialmente buena y el establecimiento está bastante alejado de todo.

Personale molto accogliente e professionale , la struttura era molto bella moderna anche le camere molto spaziose e molto pulite , la colazione é molto varia di buona qualità con la possibilità di servirsi per il caffè dalla macchinetta o direttamente dalla caffetteria. É possibile usufruire anche della piscina con a bordo il bar servizio ottimo
