Pas un 5 étoiles du tout … joli mais personnel fatigué

Le lieu, le charme, le côté « dans le jus » ancien, la grande piscine

Cons:

1/ Le personnel est vraiment démotivé (sauf les hommes qui s’occupent des buggy / voitures) … personnel fatigué … comme l’hôtel
Mention spéciale au restaurant qui est très bon d’ailleurs (pastas) mais avec des personnes complètement inefficaces , tous les clients l’ont remarqué et ont commencé à en parler entre eux tellement le sketch / comédie du service était pitoyable ….par exemple personne ne debarassait les plats, le serveur qui prenait les commandes disparaissait , d’autres faisaient semblant de travailler ….
2/ la chambre ! J’ai payé 720€ pour une suite vue jardin qui donnait sur la réception ! (Cf. Photo de l’emplacement) Un scandale . La chambre était spacieuse mais n’était pas du tout vue jardin. En plus en réservant 2 semaines et demi et avance j’ai payé presque 20% plus cher que si j’avais attendu la dernière minute !

TRAUM!
Pros:

ALLES!

Es hat einfach wirklich alles gepasst: von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zum unglaublich aufmerksamen und herzlichen Personal. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und fühlt sich wie ein kompletter Traum an.

Auch kulinarisch war alles top…die Restaurants sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wer vor Ort ist, sollte unbedingt auch einen Tisch im Sterne-Restaurant reservieren, das war für uns ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden jederzeit so zuvorkommend behandelt. Für uns steht fest: Das war definitiv nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort!

Pros:

La segunda vez que estoy en ese hotel. Esta vez no he disfrutado nada de mi estancia. El hotel ha perdido todo el que encanto que yo recordaba.
En la habitation hacia un calor horrible. Y si se ponia el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido insoportable que impedía que se pudiera dormir.
El personal de recepción poco amable y distante.
Definitivamente no es una opción recomendable teniendo en cuenta el precio por noche y habitación.

todo. No volvere y no recemendaria a nadie hacerlo a ese precio

Eines der schönsten Hotels am südlichen Gardasee
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in punkto Lage und Ambiente einzigartig. Wir kommen seit Jahren regelmäßig in die Villa Cordevigo und haben stets ein angenehmes Erlebnis.

Cons:

Leider hat das Personal seit letztem Jahr gewechselt. Langjährige, erfahrene Mitarbeiter, allen voran der sehr beliebte und stets freundliche Paolo, sind leider nicht mehr dort. So muss man sich als Stammgast an neue Gesichter, neue Umgangsformen und eine neue Qualität der Gästebetreuung gewöhnen. Gut zu wissen, dass der Direktor noch derselbe ist und dass man sich auf ihn jederzeit verlassen kann, wenn es nötig wird.

Wonderful experience, especially Ettore!
Pros:

A great hotel and excellent spot for exploring Verona and Lake Garda. The experience is all the more magical for the presence of Ettore Diana, bartender extraordinaire, who brings poetry and art to the aperitivo. A maestro of his craft, you will need to devote an hour to the pre-prandial concoctions you’ve never had before but will want to drink forevermore. The perfect introduction to the excellent food at Oseleta, the hotel’s restaurant.
