Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko Schodów Potiomkina oraz centrum i promenady. Brak śniadań. Brak parkingu na miejscu. Nieduży, ale schludny pokoik z wyposażeniem kuchennym plus łazienka z ręcznikami i przyborami higienicznymi. Manager do kontaktu z gośćmi kompetentny i bardzo zaangażowany w pracę.
Location was the best part for the property because everything was walking distance and easy access to local transportation.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY!! I reserved and paid security deposit online only to have to pay it again once I arrived in cash. Ultimately neither of the deposits were returned and the room was left spotless. Staff now refuses to return my calls.
The hotel location on the map is WRONG - I booked this property because of it's location on the map was in a quiet location close to the beach - it's not, location is actually at Potemkin stairs.
Since the office is not staffed - I left a bag of clothes locked in the room for a local homeless man with instructions clearly written on the bag that the man would pick them up later in the day however they were stolen and "never found". This property has some serious problems that I tried patiently to resolve however I have been ignored. The property was initially a good value but lost my confidence in the lack of response. Buyer beware for sure on this property.

They did not tell us how to use the keys in the entry tab . There were no chairs in the living room or in the bedroom , we needed something to sit on besides the sofa . A dresser in the bedroom would have been nice and shelves in the bathroom , everything had to be on the floor . It was clean and quiet , good food at the underground pub , and easy walking distance to the Black Sea as well as the heart of Odessa .

Впечатления хорошие. Самое главное для отеля его расположение, он находится в центре в 10 метрах от Потемкинской лестнице. В отеле тепло, чисто, уютно. Одно замечание нет микроволновки чтоб можно было подогреть еду и то что за берут залог в размере стоимости номера, на сайте такая информация не указана.
Otelde konaklayamadım çünkü kapalıydı ve bütün çabalarıma rağmen açmadılar. Otel görevlileri uyuyordu. Geç saatte dışarda kaldım ve başka otel aradım. Bir daha asla Hotels.com uygulama aracılığı ile işlem yapmayı düşünmüyorum. Teşekkürler
Arrived at apartments they are no where near the location they claim they are you will be right by the port looking at the back of a building. Actual location is 16 minutes taxi ride north of where it say it is. Enter through back stairs busy street. Never stayed the night as photos of room was a lie everything is misrepresenting online.

We stayed at this apartmentsl for one day and I was very pleased with the service and location. The apartment is clean and located in the heart of the city. Highly recommend.
No lobby so manager must come to address. Address confusing, but airport taxi sorted it out by phone. There could be no better location to stay in all of Odessa. The entry to the appartment is a little scary, but the apartment is great value.
the unit was advertised on hotel.com as having air conditioning. It does not have air conditioning. when i asked the check in attendant about it she was offended i would even bring it up - she said "can't you see the ceiling is too high for us to install it?" They also advertise that airport pickup is "complimentary" - This to them does not mean free! You have to pay equivalent to about $20 Euro for the complimentary service! The unit was located in a very nice spot - couldn't be better - nice view and also the unit was very large - too large for the one person that I am.. Nice spot and room, just don't believe everything you read on the site about it - be ready for some surprises.. also the entrance to the unit is up some scary back stairs for night entrance ..

The hotel is a series of separate appartments - mine was brilliantly located in the tourist heart of the city. The appartment was clean, warm and comfortable - although the decor was dated and tired and the place needed a new carpet - there was also a lot of noise from the overhead flat. However, the manageress, driver and assistant who dealt with me could not have been more helpful and kind. I had a really excellent time in Odessa, which is a beautiful, well developed city.
Tres bon séjour, je m'attendais a avoir un appartement meublé, alors quand réalité j'était dans une petite maison sympathique équipée de 3 chambres propres avec télévision, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire de coin de 140cm et d'un petit salon cuisine avec le necessaire pour faire votre repas si l'envie vous en prenez.Les alentours de cette maisonnette était trés vétuste et le chemin dans un état déplorable, mais n'oublions pas que c'est un pays qui est encore sous l'emprise de nombreuses années de Communisme.
