Solo l’area Wellness e Andrea la massaggiatrice super professionista e affidabile, empatia di un livello superiore alla media, tornerei solo per lei.

Cons:

Accoglienza pessima, nessuna empatia, freddezza nelle relazioni, cucina pessima menù sbagliato, carne brasata al vino estremamente cruda, gommosa e acida, buffet dei dolci caldi quasi sciolti, nessuna risposta alle ore 23 da parte della reception per il servizio in camera, mi sono rivestita e scesa a prendere dell’acqua con i bambini in camera che dormivano da soli (top)…colazione no comment e servizio non comment, vai da sola al bar ad ordinare la tua bevanda calda… forse un servizio 2 stelle avrebbe dato più servizio! 4 stelle non meritate se non per la location e area welness.
Dimenticavo, in un hotel con accesso a bambini, all’ingresso della piscina mi è stato detto:” non si corre, non si urla, niente tuffi in piscina, va bene ho riposto ma si può? Fai solo adult only e non includere i bambini! MAI PIÙ
Cordialità alla gentile signora che si è scusata per la cena (a pagamento) che dopo le lamentele ha solo saputo chiedere scusa senza stornare il disagio!

colazione ottima, orientata ad accontentare tutti i palati, anche quelli che ricercano una colazione sana (yogurt greco, semi...). Bello, pulito e rilassante anche lo spazio piscina e solarium. Anche la pulizia della camera era perfetta. Super cortese e attenta alle esigenze la reception.

Pros:

Ottimo Hotel, pulito e accogliente. Piscina bella anche se acqua leggermente troppo calda per la stagione. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Großes und modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Innen- und Außenpool, Außensauna. Sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse recht gut. Alles war da und der Barista hat den Cappuccino frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Das Frühstückspersonal schien etwas unfreundlich. Aber das ist spätestens dann egal, wenn der Cappuccino gut schmeckt 🙂

Pros:

Pool området var virkelig godt og tæt på gaden med restauranter.

Cons:

Det er meget slidt for for et 4 stjernet hotel.
Tydelige mærker på dørkarme osv og stolen så fyldt med pletter at jeg lagde et håndklæde over den.
Sengene var heller ikke på komfort niveau med hvad jeg forventer fra 4 stjerner.
