INCREDIBILE!
Pros:

La disponibilità e cordialità dello staff ha reso incredibilmente piacevole il pernottamento. La stanza e struttura in generale era ben curato e pulito. Ottima anche la temperatura all’interno della stanza.
Inutile dire che dal balcone si poteva godere una bellissima vista. La struttura era vicina a diversi ristoranti buoni e attrazioni come il parco avventura (ovviamente anche luoghi dove fare escursioni).

Cons:

Nessuna nota negativa da condividere se non i classici asciugacapelli inclusi che smettono di funzionare se troppo surriscaldati e hanno bisogno di raffreddarsi, ma in sé nulla di negativo!

o Hotel é excepcional, uma pena que não pude desfrutar com mais calma , decoração e limpeza impecáveis!, amenidades no banheiro disponíveis , cortesia de água e chá , vista muito bonita das montanhas

Cons:

Do atendimento no checkin , por não falar italiano ou inglês , a recepcionista foi grosseira , talvez estivesse num dia mal ... não influenciou minha estadia.
o café da manhã foi regular para o porte do hotel , deveria ter opções frescas para pessoas intolerantes ao glúten, disponibilizaram algumas opções industrializadas , pouca variedade de frutas

nos encanto y pedimos una noche mas.
Pros:

lo amplio de los espacios comunes, y servicios disponibles sauna, piscina calefaccionada , cubierta y semi cubierta.terrazas para tomar algo.

Cons:

deben indicar mejor como llegar a google maps, es facil y simple , pero esta mal el codigo postal.

Tutto. Posizione ottima. Personale professionale e cordiale sempre disponibile. Camera grande con balcone. Colazione abbondante e varia, Cena sempre diversa e di ottima qualità (soprattutto i dolci). Piscina interna ed esterna molto bella
