الفندق جميل في منطقة شيشلي مستوى الآمان عالي جدا الموظفين ممتازين وخدومين

موقع الفندف قريب من وسط المدينه الاطلاله كانت جميله تعامل الموظفين ممتاز

Cons:

أخذنا شقه بغرفتين كان فيها حمامين واحد فيه شور صغير الحمام الثاني صغير جدا وبدون شور

DO NOT STAY THIS PLACE .

Location is in a very complicated area with a lot traffic . Huge building very hard to find your way to apartment , dark corridors no information at all , very young people works in the reception I feel like they were just students from high school whom also asked me the pay deposit after check in ( there wasn’t info about it on the booking ) . I gave the deposit in dollars . Unfortunately, I forget the collect it while leaving . Later on I contacted their manager , his name was Anas . I asked them to send the money with bank transfer which was refused . Then I asked them if my friend could collect it which was accepted . When my friend arrived to collect the money they ask me send an email this time even I already gave all the information via what’s up . I sent the email . This time they told they haven’t receive any email so they refused to give my deposit back . Place is expensive so you expect more flexibility in this kind of situation unfortunately there was none . Plus I felt like they are just trying to not the pay the money back which is really cheap act for an expensive stay . I do not suggest staying that place at all .

صراحة الفندق اكثر من رائع من ناحية مساحة الغرف نظيفة جداً وجميع العاملين متعوانين سكنت بالطابق 40 كانت اطلالة خورافيه وتحت الفندق سوبرماركت خدمنا كثير اكرر الزيارة واعتمدة بأذن الله
