Börjar med att O7 Alea gav oss ett rum som redan hade gäster.
Efter att ha gått ner till reception och informerat om detta så får vi ett nytt rum.
3 dagar senare av våran 7 dagars vistelse så öppnas dörren klockan 01:00 på natten av personal som säger att vi måste checka ut.
Efter en lång diskussion så visar de sig att vi är inskrivna på fel rum och gästen som skulle varit i rummet var personen som skulle checkat ut.

Efter allt detta så beslöt vi att checka ut och hitta ett annat hotell. Då de är en stor säkerhetsrisk att hotellet ger ut nycklar samt har fel personer registrerade på fel rum.

Kan även tillägga att ingen återbetalning har skett varken från Booking eller O7 Alea.

Pros:

I liked the good location—you can quickly get to the bus stop and travel to Palma. The breakfasts were varied and delicious.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived, we were asked to pay additional taxes, even though Booking.com showed a discount. It felt as if the hotel had kept the discount for itself, and we ended up having to pay the extra amount when we checked in.

I booked two rooms for four people. After one of the housekeeping services, the cleaner left the door unlocked. It was a huge disappointment to return from our trip and find the door to our apartment wide open.

The key cards were also a problem. Although we were given four key cards, only one of them actually worked, so we had to share a single card throughout our stay.

It was also disappointing that the pool only opened at 10:30 a.m. and closed quite early. It wasn't very convenient, as we would have liked to swim in the morning before it got too hot and again in the evening, but that wasn't possible.

To make matters worse, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower holder kept falling off, which was another disappointment. Overall, the hotel is quite outdated.

En destacaria l'atenció del personal , la comoditat del llit i el bufet.

Cons:

Quan hem posat l'aire condicionat O passàvem molt fred O molta calor i en una de les tauletes de nit faltava un endoll per poder carregar el mòbil.

Helaas geen prettig verblijf voor de prijs die ik heb betaald
Pros:

Dichtbij de airport. Het is een “ok” hotel voor 1 nachtje.

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein, het matras was ingezakt, de douchekop zat niet vast en er werd om 03:00 op mijn deur geklopt wat geen fijn gevoel gaf.

Pros:

Wir waren vier Tage dort und waren sehr zufrieden 😊 es gab ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein sehr schöner sauberer Strandabschnitt an dem man den ganzen Tag wunderbar verbringen kann. Auch sehr in der Nähe sind verschiedene Restaurants und Shops.

Cons:

Einziges was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Kaffee beim Frühstück.

Dobre śniadania w cenie, okolica spokojna, pełno barów i sklepów spoz. w kolicy, przystanek 3 min, personel przyjazny, pokój spory, łazienka też, klima działa skutecznie, łóżka wygodne, czysto. Cena do jakości ok. nawet w sezonie.
