NO TIENE ASCENSOR. Bonito, limpio y bien ubicado.
Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y con unas vistas impresionantes. La ubicación, inmejorable, con el embarcadero al lado, y muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. No creo que exista una ubicación mejor. La mujer de recepción era muy amable, y hablaba español.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, y es un detalle muy importante que debería mencionarse porque habríamos buscado otro alojamiento. Eran muchas escaleras y con gran pendiente. Además, en la planta de recepción no había aseo y había que subir forzosamente las escaleras. El sofá cama era realmente incómodo, porque se clavaban los hierros por todas partes. Cenamos en el hotel, donde la comida era buenísima, pero nos obligaban a coger al menos un plato por persona. Nos pareció una norma que, de ser cierta, debía figurar en alguna parte visible.

It was a nice stay in perefect and beutiful location in central Bruges, very romantic and perfect for a short trip
Pros:

It is a very old building as it is in the old town of Bruges with many nice details witnessing the older era. The location is very beutiful with views over the canal and a bridge. The rooms are big and the bathroom was new. And staff super nice

Cons:

The beds are small so I would not stay to many nights. The breakfast was quite simple for my taste but for others it might be sufficient.

la posizione centralissima, la stanza che affaccia sul punto iù bello della cittadina direttamente sul canale , idem il ristorante

l'accoglienza del signore al check in fredda, scortese, senza sorriso, infastiditi dalla ns presenza essendo noi una coppia di signori di mezza età , arrivati con zaino e soprattutto italiani !!! Ci hanno messo in mano una mappa completamente scritta in belga senza dirci nulla sul come muoverci , cosa vedere ecc. non ci hanno chiesto nulla ed erano infastiditi anche a prendere i ns zaini in deposito, perchè gli facevamo perdere tempo. Scostanti anche al ristorante nell'albergo a cena la sera, e la ns prenotazione l'hanno presa con vera riluttanza, e il ristorante era semi vuoto per essere un sabato sera, ora di punta, era il ns anniversario avevo chiesto di cenare con tavolo veduta canale , mi è stato detto che era riservato, ma per 2 ore consecutive non si è presentato nessuno e non c'era scritto riservato, ho tentato a colazione , stessa cosa. purtroppo la stanza non era pulita , polvere ovunque, test presto fatto , ho lacrimato e respirato male e starnutito per tutto il soggiorno, visto che sono allergica all'acaro della polvere ; tende sporche di anni, con macchie e con laniccia sulla stoffa, stessa cosa sul termosifone scalda asciugamani del bagno. kit bagno inesistente. avevamo stanza n.4 . avevo prenotato 5 mesi prima e chiesto una stanza silenziosa, ma avevano ragione le recensioni che avevo letto, si sentivano tutti i rumori .

Exceptional stay at Hotel Duc de Bourgogne in Bruges.
The location is perfect!, right in the heart of the city and ideal for exploring on foot. The decor is beautiful and the music in the breakfast dining room created such a lovely atmosphere in the morning. The personnel were very friendly and very accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
