Design und Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Dame im Büro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Zugang über eine zusätzliche Check-in Website ist zusätzlicher Aufwand und hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Hilfe und Lösung gab es sofort nach einem kurzen Telefonanruf.

Schönes Haus mit bizarrer Kommunikation

Cons:

Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft - ich habe nie mit einem Menschen Kontakt gehabt. Es gibt keine Rezeption, nur Schlüsselboxen.
Offenbar läuft die Kommunikation über KI Assistenten. Es war bizarr; um 14:00 Uhr bot man mir Frühstück für 6.50€ an, auch eine Nachfrage antwortete ein an anderer Name nur zwei Stunden später, Frühstück würde 14€ kosten, und die Person, die die um 14:00 Uhr geschrieben hatte sei nicht mehr im Unternehmen 😳
Immerhin ist das Haus echt und nicht KI generiert.

Die Lage ist perfekt für meine Familienbesuche. Der neue Betreiber hat wirklich sehr schön renoviert und ich habe mich wohl gefüllt.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Convenient location to S-Bahn station. Delicious breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Very affordable price. Reaching Hamburg by train is not too far. Highly recommend!

Les Jardins savoir vivre in Blankenese
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen Park, sehr ruhig mit vielen Aussenplätzen und Terrasse. Es ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, richtig gemütlich. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, gleich zum Wohlfühlen so auch das ganze Personal.
Komme sehr gerne wieder. Die Elbe in der Nähe und das Treppenviertel Blankenese lädt zu Spaziergängen ein und hinterlässt schöne Eindrücke.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, alles sehr sauber und beim Frühstück alles dabei was man braucht .Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür .

Mooie locatie, alles netjes ,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Eenvoud en behulpzaamheid. Personeel nam zelf initiatief bij een slechte afvoer en bood gelijk een andere kamer.

Cons:

Bed was een beetje hard en kamer had wanden aan de dunne kant. Vooral in de vroege ochtend was het werkzame personeel goed hoorbaar.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder
Pros:

Ein richtig tolles kleines Hotel in Blankenese! Super schöne, besondere Zimmer mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Alle sind unglaublich herzlich und persönlich. Dazu total ruhig gelegen und trotzdem super mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
