Pros:

Staff were amazing!!!
The location was good right by the river and on the more quiet side of town it seemed.
The buffet was yummy too!

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable & room was hot (although manageable with their powerful fans). The shower doors were an odd design; not a dislike but something to note as water gets on the floor easily.
Having no access to a fridge was not ideal.

Nice view BUT TOO NOISY.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very good. Would have scored lower but for the kind staff.

Cons:

Too pricey for the bare bones in the room. Just nothing exceptional about it. Had a room with view… pass! Too noisy. Room was stuffy and had to have window open. Fan needs an extension cord so you can blow cool air in.

Pros:

Nice staffs, nice breakfast, and the location is very good, easy to navigate the downtown of Luzern (hotel also offered a free bus day pass in the city)

Cons:

No air-condition in the room, but with the fans. So it was a little bit hot in the summer days.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were great, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Not much of a view from our window, but we didn't stay for the view (and barely spent any time in the room) so it was fine.
