Hotel bem localizado, com bom café da manhã e equipe cordial.
Pros:

Adoramos o café da manhã, bem completo e com boa variedade, desde frutas a pratos quentes. Equipe cordial, que guardou as nossas malas num cômodo especial após o check-out. Especial menção ao Patrick, que nos recebeu muito bem no dia do check-in e deu boas orientações. Tem elevador no hotel, ponto positivo.

Cons:

Único ponto de atenção é que o quarto não tem ar condicionado (apenas ventilador), o que fez falta já que estava muito quente.

Pros:

Very good position, only about 15 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

No air-conditioning. There was a heat wave and even with two fans we were cooking. Made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Limpeza. Boa localização. Funcionários cordiais. Bom cafe da manha incluido na diaria. Bom banheiro espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas. Nao tem lugar para colocar as malas. Estava muito calor e prejudicou nossa estadia pq nao tinha frigobar ou ar condicionado.

Great quiet location along the river with friendly staff; comfortable rooms & views. Walkable!
Pros:

This location was an easy walk from the train station. Be careful to walk along the river and not follow Google’s route, as it will take you over more cobblestones than needed. We especially loved and benefitted being able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the booklet of sites they provided to us at check-in, it helped us visit Lucern and see more than expected during our short stay. Our room had an amazing balcony with chairs and fantastic views, and it was very comfortable. For cooling they provided a nice powerful fan with a screen door, which worked out great for us as it was hot but still cooling down at night.

Cons:

We didn’t have anything we didn’t like. Our stay was perfectly fine. We’d book them again. However, if you wanted air conditioning, then you might want a different hotel.

Pros:

location, Breakfast, parking were great. Temperature was high the days we were there. Room has a ceiling fan and a oscillator fan, but was difficult to keep temp down.
