Great hotel to stay during visit to Luzern. Walking distance to main sights.

Great location and walking distance to main sights. Staff had a pleasant attitude towards guests and breakfast was great. The room and bathroom (wc) was clean.

O hotel é central; o staff foi bastante simpático. Tivemos um problema com as nossas persianas, que não se fechavam, mas resolveram prontamente trocando de quarto sem qualquer problema. Pequeno almoço bom qb. Vista para o rio a partir do quarto. O hotel é bastante próximo do centro.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto tinha um cheiro bastante desagradável. No segundo, esse cheiro já era mínimo/inexistente (talvez só um pouco na casa de banho). Para quem vai de carro, pode não ser uma boa opção pois o parque perto é bastante caro por noite. Admito que não ficámos propriamente fãs do estilo (decoração) do hotel, mas isto já é uma questão pessoal.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and quiet. You have a view of the river and the Swiss Alps. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our booking and I can say that it was worth it with the variety of food you get.

Cons:

The only thing we dislike about this hotel are the beds, it was two single beds pushed together and the pillows were horrible, might as well sleep without one as the pillows were so flat! The mattresses were good though.

Pros:

The hotel is small but cosy, and only a five-minute walk from the Museggmauer, which is a wonderful sight and well worth a visit.
Our receptionist, Nil, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and made our stay even more pleasant.
