Pros:

The staffs were very kind.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom family room which also had a small kitchen and separate dining space.
Very cost-effective for a upto-6-people family or friends.

Cons:

Creaking floor made us feel sorry for others when going to toilet during nights.
One bath/toilet for 6 people.

La propreté, la gentillesse de l'accueil, l'espace, la décoration sobre mais de bon goût, les grandes fenêtres que nous pouvions ouvrir pour aérer, la vue sur l'eau, l'emplacement qui permet les déplacement à pied dans l'ensemble de la vieille ville et au delà

难忘的入住体验
Pros:

距离卡佩尔桥，卢塞恩博物馆步行可至，卢塞恩老城，车站，甚至天气允许的话垂死的狮子像都可步行可至。
这次的房间带有露台，可以观赏罗伊斯河畔的景观。早餐在一楼，面积虽然不算最大但是品种丰富美味。
入住期间发放的卢塞恩城市介绍手册上有很多购物优惠，记得随身携带并出示哦

Cons:

正值卢塞恩狂欢节的最终日，因此如果你也是此段时间前往入住，要做好老街水泄不通，大家狂欢到深夜的心里准备哦(😂)

Pros:

Located in a quiet corner of the central town, easy access to everything, great view from the window. Room is nice and comfortable. Price was a bit high maybe because of the canaval. Overall great experience, love this city and definitely recommend to stay there

Estancia cómoda, pero grave problema de seguridad.
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, las instalaciones son agradables y la ubicación en Lucerna es muy buena. La habitación era confortable y, en principio, la estancia parecía que iba a ser muy positiva.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, tuvimos un incidente muy grave relacionado con la seguridad. Durante la noche alguien entró a nuestra habitación; al despertarnos encontramos nuestras maletas al pie de la puerta de salida de la habitación y nos habían robado dinero y pertenencias personales. Fue una experiencia muy angustiante.

Presentamos la denuncia ante la policía. Sin embargo, sentimos que el hotel no contaba con medidas de seguridad adecuadas ni con controles claros en los accesos o en las puertas de las habitaciones. Tampoco percibimos un apoyo suficiente por parte del hotel frente a la situación. Consideramos que la seguridad es un aspecto fundamental y creemos que debe reforzarse para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por lo mismo.
