Locația hotelului este, fără îndoială, unul dintre cele mai mari atuuri. Hotelul este situat chiar pe malul mării, într-o zonă verde, foarte liniștită și plăcută. Dacă aveți norocul unei camere cu vedere la mare, priveliștea este superbă și contribuie mult la atmosfera vacanței.

Un alt avantaj este faptul că hotelul oferă șezlonguri gratuite persoanelor cazate. Plaja este însă accesibilă și persoanelor din exterior, care pot închiria șezlonguri, astfel încât recomand să ajungeți relativ devreme.

Micul dejun este bun și suficient de variat pentru un hotel de 3 stele. Pentru mine, un mare plus a fost posibilitatea de a lua micul dejun în curte, într-un cadru foarte plăcut.

Personalul este, în general, amabil și disponibil atunci când aveți nevoie de ajutor.

Cons:

Per ansamblu, hotelul arată destul de bine, însă în anumite zone se simte nevoia unor renovări. Am înțeles că la etajul al doilea există camere modernizate, dar camera în care am fost cazată, la etajul al treilea, ar avea cu siguranță nevoie de o reamenajare. În special baia este destul de învechită, iar articolele de toaletă puse la dispoziție sunt foarte sumare, practic limitându-se la săpun lichid.

Un aspect important pentru persoanele cu dificultăți de deplasare este lipsa liftului. Dacă sunteți cazați la etajul al treilea, sunt destul de multe trepte de urcat, la care se adaugă și cele necesare pentru accesul la plajă. Cred că acest lucru ar trebui avut în vedere înainte de rezervare.

Experiența mai puțin plăcută a sejurului a fost legată de transportul solicitat prin intermediul recepției. Am rugat recepționera să ne cheme un taxi pentru o cursă de la Mangalia la gara din Constanța și am precizat foarte clar destinația. Dimineața a venit un șofer care, după ce ne-am urcat în mașină, ne-a întrebat dacă mergem la gara din Mangalia. Când a aflat că destinația era, de fapt, Constanța, a solicitat un tarif extrem de ridicat, semnificativ mai mare decât cel plătit la venire printr-un serviciu de ride-sharing. În plus, nu s-a pus problema utilizării aparatului de taxare. Din interacțiunea dintre șofer și recepționeră am avut impresia că se cunoșteau foarte bine. Din acest motiv, recomand oaspeților să își organizeze singuri transportul și să verifice în prealabil tariful.

Trop cher par rapport aux prestations.
Pros:

personnel aimable, jardin agréable, chambres bien dessinées, très belle vue.

Cons:

messages menacants et injustifiés au sujet de mes cartes de paiement, pas d'ascenseur, meubles inadaptés aux personnes de petite taille, draps mal adaptés au sommier, petit déjeuner tardif, petites assiettes, petites serviettes, peu de vrai pain, machine pour l'eau chaude peu ergonomique.

The location is very close to the beach ,with a beautiful view and a lovely garden on all sides.

Unfortunately, the room completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable stay.

We travelled with our cat, so we were given a pet-friendly room. Unfortunately, this was the very first room on the ground floor, directly next to the reception. The noise was extremely disruptive. Every morning, without exception, we were woken up at 7:00 sharp by conversations, people coming in and out, and general activity around the reception. The way the hotel is designed means that guests staying in this room have virtually no chance of having a peaceful morning or a proper rest. For a seaside hotel, this felt particularly disappointing.

The room itself also had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. From the moment we entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of dogs/pets, suggesting that the room had not been properly cleaned and aired after previous guests with animals. The curtains were visibly dirty, and although the tiled floor initially appeared clean, it was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned.

The wardrobe was practically unusable because of an awful dog/faeces-like smell coming from inside. We had no choice but to keep all our clothes and belongings in our luggage throughout the stay.

The bathroom was another major issue. The drain had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The area behind the toilet was also extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned.

The balcony was very dusty and looked as though it had not been properly swept or mopped for a very long time. I understand that an outdoor balcony will naturally collect some dust, but this was far beyond what I would consider acceptable for a hotel room.

We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained at any point during our stay. Being pet-friendly should not mean that guests have to accept strong animal smells, dirt and inadequate cleaning.

Pros:

Hotelul Corsa merită nota 10! Camerele sunt curate, hotelul este foarte aproape de plajă, iar mâncarea a fost diversă și gustoasă. Plaja privată este, de asemenea, foarte curată și bine întreținută.
Un mare plus îl reprezintă atitudinea personalului: mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, dispuși să te ajute cu orice și să se asigure că te simți bine. Doamna recepționer Dana a fost tare simpatică și ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. :) Atașez și două fotografii făcute din balconul camerei cu vedere spre mare.
Cu siguranță vom reveni!
