Überraschend schöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Pros:

Besonders schön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ansprechend und es gab vegane Angebote. Das Haus war sehr ansprechend gestaltet.

Pros:

Zimmer war sauber. Minibar Getränke waren kostenlos

Cons:

Ausstattung und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserdruck bei der Dusche recht schwach. Bei sehr früher Abreise 5.00 am keine Schlüsselbox. Schlüssel deshalb auf den Rezeptiontresen gelegt. Ich wurde vormittags angerufen, wo die Zimmerschlüssel sind, was mich sehr irritierte.

Pros:

The room appeared to have been rented out despite me booking and the woman at the counter was really helpful and actually physically checked and found there was an empty room I could use. Very helpful despite an issue with the room booking. I also appreciated the bicycle storage.

Gute Wahl, auch wenn man Straßburg besuchen will.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten und die gute Lage - das war für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Leider ist die Rezeption nur von 15 bis 23 Uhr besetzt.

Персонала на ресепшене нет,ждала 10 минут так и не дождалась,оставила ключи на стойке регистрации, так как опаздывала.После вижу что с меня сняли оплату за номер 2 раза.При том ,что я провела ночь всего 4 часа.После чего обращалась в Booking ,но никаких действий не приняли,далее звонила в отель,мне не отвечали,писала неоднократно письма,тоже никакой реакции,далее попросила свою дочь написать,они ответили ей на емеил,что они сняли пр ошибки два раза и сказали что вернуть деньги через две три недели,но никаких денег после месяца ожидания я не получила.После чего обратилась в банк,предоставила все бумаги,но вопрос решили ,что с меня сняли за два дня,так как по резервации по Booking.com сняли 22августа ,а потом отель снял 23 августа по моему отьезду.Я в шоке,как будто мы живем в лесу ,а не в Европе.Дело не в деньгах,хотя это очень неприятно,дело в не профессионализме работников. Всего Вам доброго и пусть теперь разбирается Бог,все что могла сделала.Но результат очень расстроил.Теперь буду бдительна на 500%,Будьте осторожны дорогие туристы,иначе получите разочарование и потерю веры в компетентность людей.

Werde wieder dort absteigen.
Pros:

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Ansprechend gestaltete Zimmer. Reichhaltiges und gepflegtes Frühstück. Straßenbahnverbindung vom Rathaus nach Straßburg.

Cons:

Bahnhof nicht fußläufig erreichbar.
Aber ideale Lage für alle, die mit einem Fahrzeug unterwegs sind.

Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Alles da was das Herz begehrt und es wurde immer nachgelegt.

Cons:

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen. Leider war die Rezeption am Samstag Vormittag zur Abreise nicht besetzt.

This hotel should be rated higher. 5 star in my books!
Pros:

Marco, our host, gave us the warmest welcome EVER. He was great! So personable and yet very professional. The room we were assigned was very clean with big fluffy comforters and pillows. The shower was fantastic!

Cons:

Loved it all.

Ich bin super zufrieden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr groß und sieht sehr ästhetisch aus. Sauber ist es auch ich hab mich wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Dass das Licht immer automatisch in dem Flur angegangen ist und dass es dort keine Küche gab mit Waschbecken und alles. Dennoch bin ich trotzdem positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft.
