Excellent stay

Do NOT book this hotel
Pros:

Nothing. There has seriously been nothing that has been good about this stay. The room, the bedsheets, the staff, the breakfast: nothing is good about this hotel. Nothing.

Cons:

Do not book this hotel. They call me at 23:00 at night requesting me to come down to pay my stay. even though I am sleeping. They do not provide an invoice. The breakfast is horrible. There is NO staffing at reception. They charge you for car parking whilst 1) there is no place available to park on their property and 2) there is free parking 25 meters away across the road.

Pros:

As always it was clean and comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area is nice.

Cons:

The communication with the hotel was difficult. Asked for separate beds. Didn't get it but was charged for it. Tried to get an invoice and it was impossible. Tried to have a beer in the evening and was invited to leave the restaurant area because the reception was closing. I finished my beer on the hallway. Some other guests had similar issues.

War in Ordnung
Pros:

Bequemes Bett, kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Um 20:30 Uhr wollten wir gerne noch einen Flammkuchen bestellen, jedoch wurde die Küche zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits geschlossen. Hierbei wäre ein Aushang über die Zeiten hilfreich gewesen.
Zudem wurden uns Cocktails angeboten, welche schlussendlich doch nicht gemacht werden konnten, da die Limetten und Ei sich ebenfalls in der geschlossenen Küche befunden hätten.

posizione e camera non male

Cons:

ci hanno cancellato la camera già pagata alle 14:45 15 min prima del check in, a via di discussioni ci hanno dato la camera per una sera e promettendoci che facevano il possibile per la seconda notte, il mattino dopo ci hanno detto che non avevano la camera e non potevano fare niente , siamo dovuti arrivare a minacce legali e di contattare il consolato per avere quello che è un diritto sacrosanto se cancellano per overbooking ( questo diceva la mail) hanno il dovere di trovarci soluzione alternativa , pessimi!!!

Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus wunderschönes Ambiente innen wie außen selbst im verregneten November. Sehr sauber. Angebot von Speisen und Getränken nach meinem Geschmack(klein aber FEIN) Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein paar Upgrades vertragen dafür wird hier aber komplett auf Tischmüll verzichtet: eins plus mit Sternchen! Toller Ausgangspunkt um Straßburg unsicher zu machen. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich darf😍

hotel miteux qui ne mérite aucune étoile

L'établissement est propre

Cons:

Déjà, avant notre arrivée, nos données ont été hackées, le site avait été hacké. L'établissement est très excentré de la gare, rendant son accès difficile, pénible, et long à pieds, avec les bagages. En arrivant dans notre chambre double (à 350 euros quand meme!), pour un soit disant 4 étoiles, pas de bouilloire d'accueil dans la chambe, pas un thé, rien. Et sur le lit, pour un couple, une seule mini couette, prévue pour un tout petit lit, et un seul oreiller pour deux ! Rien d'autre, chambre vide. Les hoteliers ne parlent pas un mot de français, on n'a rien pu demander d'autre. On nous a facturé 4 petits déjeuners au lieu de 3. Salle de bains, vétuste, d'un autre temps. Déco de la chambre à mémé, avec fleurs artificielles poussiéreuses et armoire en bois du siècle dernier, tapis vétustes par terre. Bref, rien de romantique, au contraire.
