Hotel Taura'a

Nos trataron maravillosamente ayudándonos con todas las dudas que teníamos. Buscaron acomodarnos mejor de lo que habíamos reservado, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, los desayunos de 10 o mejor,... pero de verdad la amabilidad de Wolf y su equipo, tratando de resolver cualquier problema y haciéndonos sentir cómodos y cuidados. Os damos las gracias desde aquí, sin duda el viaje a Rapa Nui ha sido mejor gracias a vosotros.

The owner and staff are excellent . We were greeted with a welcome drink and checked into our room right away.
Breakfast was excellent and varied each day. The rooms were comfortable and clean --we had a fan and a window air conditioner that we used to cool the room down. The facilities are a little worn but worked well and we found the
grounds of the hotel very pleasant and welcoming. Roosters will wake you but that is part of the fun of Easter Island.
The hotel is in the main area of town so we could access restaurants, shops, and walk along the coast in a short distance and catch some powerful waves.

La atención fue increíble desde el primer momento. Nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos recibieron con un hermoso collar de flores naturales, y también nos trasladaron el día de la partida. El dueño es muy cálido, cercano y atento a cada detalle. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. El personal nos sorprendió cada día con desayunos abundantes, saludables y deliciosos, con productos locales y el hermoso detalle de flores tipanie en la presentación. Sin duda, una experiencia para recomendar y volver. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Breakfast is amazing, a real experience and team is very nice. The location is also close to points of interest.

This hotel is in the best location with the most helpful host ever and the breakfasts were incredible as well. After I booked the hotel I reached out to ask some questions about how to best maximize my short visit to Easter Island and Wolfgang, who runs the hotel was extremely helpful before and after I arrived. Because of his guidance I was able to maximize my time there and have the best experience ever. He gave me various tips about the Island, set up tours for me and arranged for airport pick up (with a driver with my name on sign and the most beautiful flower lay) and drop off. I was able to relax and experience so much more because I was in excellent hands and I am so grateful.

Je suis venue seule sur l'Île de Paques durant la Tapati (fête annuelle sur l'île).
Très pratique, l'hôtel est situé au coin d'une des rues contenant le plus de petits boutiques touristiques, locations de voitures et restaurants, ainsi qu'à 10-15min à pied de la Tapati, de Pea beach (plage avec les tortues de mer observables), du Tourist Information Office (SerNaTur) et du Rapa Nui National Park Ticket Office. Le magasin le plus grand de l'île est à 5min à pied de l'hôtel. Attention, ce n'est pas un centre commercial et il n'y en a pas sur l'île. On est sur une petite île isolée, vous pourrez donc acheter uniquement ce qui est vital (nourriture, snacks...) ou encore amener de jolis souvenir +/- artisanaux ;-)

Le trajet depuis l'aéroport est compris dans le prix. Le wifi fonctionnait bien : sur une semaine, il y a eu uniquement un soir où je n'arrivais pas à me connecter. Il y a eu aussi une fois une brève coupure de courant. La climatisation fonctionnait, bien qu'un peu bruyante. Je recommande vraiment de garder en tête que c'est une des îles les plus isolées au monde. Donc évitez les attentes démesurées et profitez de la simplicité ;-)
Rien a redire sur la propreté de l'hôtel!

Le jardin est vraiment charmant. Avec ces petites statuts (Moai) et les quelques poules qui s'y baladent, c'était idyllique.
Le personnel de l'hôtel, tout comme les rapanuis, sont chaleureux et aidants. Cristian et Wolfgang m'ont acceuillis avec tellement de gentillesse. J'en garde un souvenir qui me réchauffe encore le coeur.

Le petit déjeuner inclus commençait à 8h30 et était délicieux. Je les ai prévenu que je mange sans gluten et ça ne leur a posé aucun problème :-) Pareil pour les restaurateurs de l'île, la plus part était à l'aise avec les "régimes sans".

J'espère pouvoir une jour revenir sur cette île incroyable. Et je reviendrais clairement dans cet hôtel!

Der Besitzer Wolfgang war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hatte was im Zimmer liegen lassen und er hat es noch an Flughafen gebracht!

Close to the main street yet quiet and felt secluded. The breakfast was delicious, prepared and served by amazing staff. Any minor issues were resolved immediately and the beautiful chickens and chicks were wonderful entertainment. With a late flight we were allowed to keep our room later, so we could shower after a last trip to the beach.
