Pesimo internet, decian que tenia wifi pero al cuarto no llegaba la señal, tuve que usar mis datos en todo momento, las camas muy malas, el baño pesimo. Todo mal en este hotel nunca volvere.

La ubicación y la persona que me atendió en el check out fue muy amable

No había toallas en el baño pero la persona de recepción me resolvió sin problema.

Otra persona con la recogí mi equipaje en resguardo no fué nada agradable y muy cortante.

La regadera esta llena de sarro y no salía bien el agua y la llave para regular el agua caliente estaba averiada. Toda la noche estuvo goteando

Location and staff were great. Right off the zocolo and easy pickup for tours and shopping.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly hard and I was unable to rest so I was exhausted for our adventures around the city. The halls do not have any noise dampened so people talking in the halls was loud.

La ubicación es perfecta. Todo lo tienes muy cerca.

Cons:

Los baños están un poco descuidados. La regadera esta muy vieja, y la jabonera muy oxidada. Lo demás, esta bien.

Reserve habitación con 2 camas, me asignaron con una cama bajo el comentario que ya no tenian habitaciones y que mi reservación ( pagada una semana antes) no estaba registrada. El baño tenía olor a drenaje que se transmitía a la habitación. La taza del wc pegada a la pared ( imposible su uso). Colchón duro.
