Royal Palm Resort in Palm Beach offers modern self-catering apartments with fully equipped kitchens and private balconies showcasing stunning beach and ocean views. Each apartment features stylish living areas, satellite TV, and DVD players for entertainment.

Guests can unwind by the 33-meter heated lagoon pool with a fun waterslide or enjoy indoor activities in the games room. The resort also boasts a flood-lit tennis court, mini-golf course, steam room, BBQ areas, and a fitness center. Direct beach access without crossing any roads adds to the convenience.

Situated within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers, the resort is a short drive from Coolangatta Airport and Surfers Paradise. Book your stay at Royal Palm Resort for a perfect blend of luxury and leisure.

ROYAL PALMS RESORT.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Best views on the GC. The lifts were readily available, halls and lobby clean and underground parking was nice. Enjoyed the pool area and access to the beach. Very nice main bathroom with washer and dryer.

Cons:

The deluxe apartment was without air conditioning. The unit wasn't cleaned properly and the carpet and sofa had stains on them. The fridge door shelving was missing and there was broken shelving in the main closet and leftover paint and stuff from previous people with sand in it. They did not provide dishwashing soaps for our 5 day stay. We don't travel with dishsoap. There dishes seemed mismatch and laking a few things in the kitchen.

Old school but still great value for money.

Cons:

Maybe as improvement the carpets could be steam cleaned regularly. Missus complained of dust but l barely could smell it.

Location was good not even a 5 minute walk to the beach

Cons:

When checking in they could give you more details of where things go, eg rubbish and more cleaning products. I had to go ask for extra

Balconies hadn’t been swept in awhile and security screens needed a clean. We also had several cockroaches of a night. It is a old building but a little paint would tidy things up

Only that work contractors came in for 1 whole day to install blinds but we were compensated for that by a refund for 1 night accommodation for the interruption.

Amazing location & facilities but unfortunately really dirty apartments.
Pros:

The location and amenities were fantastic, so easy to get around. The perfect location for toddlers and small children, the pool had a huge shallow area and was just perfect.

Cons:

The room was so dirty. Honestly needs a seriously deep clean. There was mould in the showers, under the couches hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There were dust bunnies and old hair ties in the corners at the windows. Worst of all it was like the rug in the loungeroom was genuinely crusty. The only thing that would stop us returning is the state of the accomodation rooms.
