Pros:

Facilities and location are great. Well equipped apartment.

Cons:

The apartment was disgusting, rubbish in the bathroom, hair on the floor, dirty stained sheets. Mentioned it staff who didn’t care so spent the first couple hours of our holiday cleaning the apartment.

Pros:

Had a spectacular unit with the most amazing view, spacious apartment. The staff were all so very friendly and tried their best to accommodate everyone where possible

If I could find anything was the bed was very soft and not comfortable for my back but wasn’t the worst I’ve slept in

Pros:

The ocean view was amazing. The kids enjoy the swimming pool, the location is close to shops and restaurants. Great accomodation!!!

Great location, spacious with incredible views but in need of some maintenance & a better clean.
Pros:

The location and view were outstanding! - Easy to walk everywhere, the living area was spacious and the bathrooms were modernised which was great.

Cons:

The doors to the deck were very sticky and hard to open, one of the bedroom doors kept banging (got housekeeping to come and sort out) and the unit needed a better clean (smudge marks on mirrors, microwave and glass doors) and the catch on the dishwasher was broken where you put the powder. Also lots of mismatching cups and glasses, not even a set of four the same, so a bit disappointing in terms of those things. Plus floor felt dirty.

Great location, fantastic pool, but very dirty apartment.

The resort itself was great with the pool etc. beautiful swimming pool. But unfortunately the apartment we booked was filthy, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds had been made and that was about it. Food crumbs everywhere, food and drink liquid near rubbish bin under cupboard, food and crumbs in oven & microwave. Hand marks on everything. Cuttlery was dirty in the drawers and plates/cups too. And some sort of chemical sprayed all through the draws so we had to re wash everything as you could taste it. The rooms were incredibly dusty. No aircon in the apartment. They had a stick fan and one portable air cooler only in master bedroom that vented through the door so you had a huge gap that you couldn’t close. So second bedroom was incredibly hot and so was the living area.

House keeping need further training. Other work checked over by management. I manage apartments and rooms and would never allow this to happen.

At $300 a night I was dissatisfied with the room. We basically paid $300 a night to swim in a swimming pool. Very disappointed.

I did bring this up with front desk staff and no refund was offered or issued. I have never experienced such uncleanliness before.
All in all, the pool was great but that was about it.

Always good, have stayed there many times,parking not good, staff not good on the check out.

The parking, the car parks are too small, I had to park in the street because I could not get my into the space, it was just too difficult.
They offered me another park, but it was just as bad.
