A one night stay in south Cornwall having stayed in north Cornwall previous nights. Beautiful clean room and bathroom but something missing to make it outstanding. Lovely decoration but lacking in pictures or plants and home comforts. Inn/Bar it's self seemed dingy and uninviting. Location wonderful.

Clean & centrally located

The Lizard is a special part of Cornwall and the Top House Inn helped make our 4 day spring break very enjoyable.

The staff members were friendly and extremely helpful!

Nothing not to like about Top House .. fantastic place to stay every thing perfect food rooms and staff are all amazing.
Have stayed here a lot love it. Locals make.you feel very welcome hetr too. .

Gosh I have stayed in hotels around the world and have never experienced such generosity and kindness shown by the staff. The room was absolutely delightful and stunning. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing and so were the staff at dinner Beautiful centrally located hotel. So so fully equipped and the dinner was Superb. Thanks for a wonderful stay . Will be back soon. Will recommend it anytime.

The room was fantastic and can’t be faulted. However what makes this hotel a cut above the rest is the staff; they go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Literally nothing is too much for them

Lovely breakfasts..staff all very helpful.. nothing was to much trouble... Room was lovely and the kids loved the bunk beds...the whole place hadea really nice feel.

Family wedding on the Lizard and quite a few friends and family stayed here. Every room was excellent, comfortable, clean and the food was great too. Friendly staff all round would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Thank you

Comfortable room. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Host Mary was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful (gluten free food, booking taxi etc.). We are a retired couple walking the South West Coast Path and would stay here again.

Well presented large clean room on ground floor.

A lovely, clean, good sized room. Very friendly welcome. If you just want to a place to just sleep for the night, this is ideal. Absolutely no noise from the pub below.

Perfect - the Housel room (the rooms has names and not numbers) is very nice, and the Lizard town itself is stunning and a must visit if you are in the area.
