Me encantó su calidad en el servicio, llegamos una hora antes y pudimos hacer check in anticipado, desde que llegas el ambiente del hotel es relajante, huele delicioso y te ofrecen una bebida de cortesía. La habitación es muy grande y bonita, la cama es MUY CÓMODA.
La relación calidad precio es muy buena y aunque el hotel no está en el centro, está muy cerca y puedes llegar rápidamente en carro o en el transporte del hotel. En lo personal yo no quería estar en el centro para evitar el ruido y este hotel es tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para estar cerca pero sin el bullicio del centro.

Cons:

Todo estaba relativamente bien, pero la cafetera no servia, y el lavabo estaba tapado, ademas de que hacia mucho frio en la habitación, me e quedado en este hotel anteriormente y todo bien, espero que solo haya sido tema de una vez. Sin embargo todo el personal nos ayudo con mucha disposición.

Hotel cómodo
Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es riquísima, el baño tiene mucha presión, la comoda del restaurante es muy rica y bastante, el hotel está muy limpio.

Cons:

Lo malo es que los ruidos de otros cuartos se escuchan y empiezan desde antes de las 7 de la mañana, nos tocaron cohetes por alguna festividad y comenzaron desde las 06:00 a.m.
El personal no es grosero, pero no están al pendiente de ti, llegas, te registras, no llevan tus maletas al cuarto y no están al pendiente de ti.
