Very clean, lovely staff, great facilities (we loved the pool!), good food quality and a lot to choose between, both for breakfast and dinner.
Comfortable beds. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach.
We are extremely happy with our stay! Strongly recommend!

Sijainti on erittäin rauhallinen. Yövyimme viikon. Kertaakaan ei kanssa-asujien äänet vaivanneet.
Sängyt olivat myös mukavat.

Nice stay. Large room, plenty of space. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly. Better for families rather than couples.

Hat uns gut gefallen, Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Außer der Kaffee beim Frühstück, der war ungenießbar. Super Service - vor allem unser Kellner beim Abendessen. Leider etwas ruhige Umgebung, kaum Geschäfte.

One of the nicest family hotels we ever stayed in. Everything is clean, nice and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff is super friendly, especially Dani from the children animation. She does the kidsclub and disco with so much love and dedication. Pur daughter really liked it. We would come back with our baby son!

The rooms are a great size, and super clean. All staff really friendly. Pool area a nice size, and spa area an added touch. The gym looked very good for a hotel gym, with cable machines, bench, rack etc.

Food could be more varied, but was perfectly tasty.

Good Stay. The hotel was comfortable enough & we enjoyed the breakfast, but it could have been hotter.
€8 to rent a Kettle was a bit steep & unnecessary.

Las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos y el baño es absolutamente mínimo. El desayuno bastante malo; la bollería una pena, la tortilla muy mala y y pregunté por confirmar si el queso estaba pasteurizado (por restricción alimentaria) y me dijeron que no (debería estarlo por ley). El check in es un proceso larguísimo. Dijeron que por ley tenían que recoger muchos datos pero en el resto de hoteles de la isla ha sido un proceso ágil

Nos ha encantado el trato del personal, súper agradables todos, en especial al chico argentino de la barra de la piscina 😍!!! Con respecto a la limpieza de la habitación estaba regular, la ducha sin potencia de agua y apenas agua caliente y sin mampara , cero útil.. tengo que añadir que el desayuno para todos los gustos y súper variado !!

Ich erwarte, dass der Pool 24 Stunden täglich geöffnet ist und nicht bereits um 17:00 Uhr damit begonnen wird, eine Stoffmauer rund um den Pool aufzubauen.

Das ist für mein Empfinden eine totale Bevormundung der Gäste.

Bei mir kam dieses Vorgehen an, als DDR 3.0.

Ansonsten alles Bestens gewesen. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

The room was a good size, everything worked and was comfortable. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished a few years ago and although the layout of having the rooms around a central concrete atrium is a little strange, we enjoyed the stay and would go back. The breakfast was extremely good.

Viaje en septiembre, fue maravilloso el tiempo no hacía bueno pero en el hotel que tenía spa, sauna y todo lo que necesites sin salir de allí es un lujo, la comida de maravilla, personal de recepción, camareros y limpieza de 15 estrellas, encantadores todos, profesionales, todo perfecto muchas gracias
