Pros:

The front desk staff was just as friendly as our next-door neighbors here at home in Virginia! So friendly, informative and professional. The breakfast was good however; it could have been better. Sausage links or even Kielbasa would be a nice break from sausage patties and bacon. I understand as a FREE breakfast you can't expect an entire menu but adding breakfast potatoes or hash browns could be a nice substitute in place of meat. In closing, I enjoyed the TV and having a small fridge in the room but your fresh baked cookies are a great welcome back incentive (everyday)! Finally, the best part of the stay was your staff!

Cons:

The mattress I slept on had grooves or gullies in it? It was the mattress closet to the window in room 233. In all my years while serving on navy ships I never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress! One solution would be to flip the mattress onto its other side. Also, we left trash in the room in the small trash can. I thought my wife took it to empty and she thought i took it, so sorry!

They went above and beyond for us.
Pros:

Thank you to the very friendly lady at the desk that recommended places to try and things that were close. They went above and beyond for our stay! We will definitely be back when we are in the area

La piscina no esta en buenas condiciones en el suelo,
Estaba descascarada y dolia al pisar.
La atención de las personas a la hora del desayuno no fue para nada amable, da la impresion que no le gustaba que hablaramos español.

Pros:

Excellent location. Very quiet yet close to town and highway. Very comfortable suite for my handicapped 85 yr old mother.

Cons:

Management said I could have paid a lot less if I called directly to them instead of using a third party booking.

Totally adequate for our one night stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom was large and had generous countertops. The walk-in shower was great. Breakfast was pretty standard fare.

Cons:

During the breakfast time, a meeting between two staff members was held in the dining area. Personnel and housekeeping matters were discussed and could be heard in the dining area. It seemed to my husband and me that the meeting should have taken place in a more private location.
