老牌大型酒店，靠近阪急车站，外国游客应对熟练，一贯的水准保持
Pros:

大阪新北野和十三附近的一家大型老牌酒店，距离淀川不远，高层可以看到河对岸的梅田高楼；设施齐全，房间充足，楼层很高，外国游客很多，工作人员热情友好；这里是我2017年第一次来日本入住的酒店，时隔9年这里依然很不错，一直是我印象里的样子，员工热情，设施充足完备；这家酒店性价比很好，房间也不小，酒店内有多家餐厅，提供丰富选择，员工的外语能力和针对游客的设施也很充足，大堂还有一家纪念品商店和外币兑换机器，外国游客入住十分安心。

Cons:

距离阪急车站稍微有点远，需要步行几分钟，周围有一些情人酒店，出门的时候要多走一段路，不过酒店门口常驻有几辆出租车，有行李的话可以很方便地打车到阪急十三车站

Pros:

Nice place everything perfect but wish they have covered bicycle parking .. I had to leave bike on rain even though there are many other spots to leave bike but there signs to not park for some reasons ..

Pros:

The location was great and for the price we got in Japan it was a good sized room

Cons:

I only booked this property because they said they had a pool upon a arrival. They said they do not have a pool. I would have never booked this property unfortunately it was false advertising.
