Pros:

Outstanding property, with so many luxurious touches. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it a special time for us. I will definitely be back as being winter we missed out on the amazing pool facilities

餐厅、人员服务（搭帐篷，in-room dinning等）都达到5星标准，但走廊隔音以及空调、排风系统糟糕。

最差的是排风系统，明明是无烟房，却在浴室传来脓肿烟味，导致半夜11点多换房。
而且明知我们有带2岁孩童，还有这样的安排，极度失望。

应该起码免掉我们一晚的房费，因为是夜晚11点才换房，导致小孩12点才睡觉，严重影响第二天安排，送了我们一程几十块到码头的包车。

赌客比较多，半夜很多怪声。

Room service attended very fast, registration counter staff are friendly & check in process is smooth & fast. We requested for early check in & baby cot, hotel accommodated all our request.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was spot on in the room, it was so attentive to see the sweets offered in the room. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the hospitality was amazing in this hotel. However, was disappointed the swimming canal was closed in autumn time, it was actually the main reason to choose this hotel but no luck to experience it.

Only one regret from our stay
Pros:

From start to finish a wonderful stay. The amenities are top notch, the pool deck is incredible and all staff are extremely helpful and kind. Only regret is not staying longer.

Galaxy’s facilities and amenities exceeded expectations. The room and common areas were kept clean and well maintained. The pools were especially lovely and fun for both adults and kids. The staff were thoughtful and thorough for my family, especially as we traveled with young kids. Impressed with the stay and will highly recommend to family and friends.
