Boa estadia
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito gentis e disponíveis, com inglês razoavelmente bom. O quarto é amplo, bem mobiliado. O hotel é localizado em uma área com muito significado histórico. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Há uma árvore na janela com pássaros e esquilos.

Cons:

Uma área de difícil parada para carro, devido ao movimento intenso da avenida e da rua paralela, já que não há recuo para embarque e desembarque. Apesar de limpo, o banheiro é muito obsoleto. Por ser o hotel instalado em um andar de um edifício antigo, não há qualquer isolamento acústico, o que explica que o barulho da rua seja ouvido dentro do quarto por todo o tempo. Não há salão para café da manhã, que deve ser solicitado por telefone, com poucas opções. Por fim, ocorria uma obra no prédio, o que não foi informado, gerando um grande desconforto.

Basic but comfortable hotel in Churchgate.
Pros:

Basic hotel on Marine Drive next to the Wankhede Stadium (which for us was important). Decent size room, Aircon & fan, clean & comfortable beds, clean en-suite bathroom and good breakfast.

There are a number of restaurants nearby within 5-10 minutes walk.

Cons:

Entrance is currently undergoing building work and reception is via a lift to the third floor. Hotel has no bar or restaurant (breakfast is delivered to your room on request each morning). Rooms facing Marine Drive can be noisy from traffic 24 hours a day.

Comfort, convenience, and a prime location.
Pros:

This hotel is located on Marine Drive. It is important to note that this hotel is part of a building which happens to be a residential building. Only the 3rd floor houses the hotel; the rest of the floors are not accessible to guests.

If you are planning to visit the Wankhede Stadium for a game of cricket, then this is the ideal place for you. It is right next to the stadium. You can step out of your hotel and be at the stadium in less than 5 minutes. It’s that close. The rates are reasonable, considering the locality.

I stayed here for a night. The rooms are good. Not that big, but big enough for a comfortable stay. If you want a sea-facing view, you can book one of their suites.

The room was clean and hygienic. Mumbai can be incredibly hot and humid, which makes air conditioning very important, and it was working perfectly. The beds were good. The bathroom was clean too.

They do serve free breakfast, but there is no lunch or dinner available. You will have to either go out and make your own arrangements or order food online from any restaurant, and it will be delivered to your hotel.

A recommended place to stay if you plan to visit Mumbai—especially Wankhede cricket stadium.

Cons:

There was Construction Work Going on at the Ground Floor. Also make sure theres no game going on at the stadium or you could get your access blocked. Breakfast Options could be improved.

Lovely clean hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Good location to marine drive and only 5 minutes walk up to churchgate station which is handy to visit other districts. The room was small but perfectly formed, Tv, kettle, air con and very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was superb, we had western, Omelette/toast first days but then opted for the Indian breakfast which was fantastic.
