Pros:

Parking was good and disabled space available. Breakfast was as described although not everything was explained as on our second morning I heard a member of staff say that if certain coffees were required then they could be accommodated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One of the bedroom windows (in a heatwave) didn’t open, toilet seat had a crack, toilet fan very noisy and dusty. We had no hot water the first day and next morning, mentioned at breakfast and was told it had been fixed. On going back into room there was still no hot water so told reception. We then went out for the day and on return we had hot water. Large fan was in room which helped a lot Room 305. No safe in this room despite there being a key on hotel key given. Hotel could do with having ac installed. Parts of room and hotel look like need for updating/ improvement. Spa area nice for a quick swim and cooling off.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and big spacious room. The rooms had all the amenities listed and we asked for iron/iron board which was bought up to our room when we needed it. The bathroom felt a bit small but wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was good- nice hot breakfast with croissants and coffee

Lovely, relaxing midweek stay by the coast
Pros:

This hotel has great amenities; a swimming pool, games room, cocktail bar and restaurant. The bedroom was comfortable with a newly refurbished bathroom. The location is ideal for the beach.

Absolutely fabulous stay… couldn’t recommend it enough!
Pros:

Absolutely superb! Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time. Location is fantastic, absolutely brilliant value for money with almost every single thing included (bar parking charges and optional robe & slippers for the pool), impressive amenities and the staff… well, thanks to them alone, we would return in a heartbeat!

Cons:

A little noisy being on a main road and building works at the time of our stay but not a dealbreaker.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

We received an upgrade upon check in. That was nice. Beds comfy. Rooms are clean and tidy. Parking is £12.50 a day though. I feel it should be discounted for longer stays. Staff were mostly lovely. Except the foreign lady on reception (not Kasia). She’s rude and not welcoming. Didn’t even smile when we walked in and her tone was short and abrupt like we were a burden. But all other staff we encountered were lovely.

Definitely worth a trip

Lovely hotel warm & welcoming staff.
Breakfast was good (,made to order not buffet).
Location was great.
Comfy bed.

Cons:

Indoor pool was freezing, didn't get in it which I was disappointed with as I was looking forward to doing some swimming.
Water pressure in the shower was poor.

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Very nice hotel close to the beach and the town centre, accomodating staff. Clean, well maintained rooms and it's very dog friendly.

Cons:

Windows, they're not sound proof and if your room is facing the road, you can hear traffic way too well I'm the night. Was sleeping with earplugs.

overall is good.
Pros:

Good size room for the family and bonus with swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. walking distance for the beach.

Cons:

No aircon in the room, no safe deposit box and no minifridge. The hair dryer was broken and it very dangerous when i try to use it at the first time. Should check the safety of accessories in the room before giving to the customer. Bonus, it replaced quickly after i took it to the reception with my wet hair.

Der Barmann war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich Zentral.

Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich, es wurde nicht gegrüßt bzw. wurde man beim betreten eines Raumes nicht einmal angeschaut. (Speziell an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück)
Beim Badezimmer hingen Spinnennetze und Staub von der Wand herunter
Unser Fenster (3.Stock) ließ sich kaum öffnen und so stand die heisse Luft im Raum. Der Ventilator hat leider keine Abkühlung gebracht.
