Clean and good location for the BIC
Some rooms have air con and others don’t. We were put in a top floor, south facing room in 38 degree heat. No air con and the windows only opened half an inch. The room was so hot that my child nearly passed out. Other rooms on lower floors have air con which makes no sense. Either air con all rooms or none.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and room was clean and roomy

The bathroom didn’t have Sue on it extractor fan and so was very hot
The hotel was a great location for an event we were attending at the Bournemouth International Centre - 5 mins walk (downhill). Onsite parking was available for a charge when checking in. Very friendly staff when we arrived at 9:30pm and were given a very spacious room. Very clean with tea making facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable and the coffee was good! All staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating.
Only one downside was no aircon in the room and as it was the hottest day on record the room was hot. But a fan was provided and we brought one of our own so all good.
The location wad excellent! A few minutes ealk to the beach.
Room was small ans a single bed whoxh I must have missed when booking! AC couldn't cope and a nit noisy in yhe later evening.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool and sauna were great, and the hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our room was small with tiny windows making it unbearably hot and no AC. Admittedly there was a heatwave however with 2 fans It was still hard to sleep comfortably and so a poor nights sleep was had. Would book a hotel with AC in future in summer.
Friendly staff. nice decor. The restaurant and food were great.
No air conditioning! This made our stay uncomfortable as we couldn’t sleep despite being provided with fans. I have been in many hotels with ac even years ago when we didn’t have the heatwaves we’re getting now.i do think a 4 star hotel should have it. Also, my friend had a double room with shower cubicle and I only had a single room and shower over the bath.
