We've just had yet another fantastic stay at Hotel Collingwood. The location, lovely rooms and delicious food are exceptional and the service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble to make sure our stay is totally comfortable and we had some great nights in the lively bar. All staff are wonderful and we would stay nowhere else.
We had an enjoyable stay at hotel Collingwood. Our room was comfortable and clean, I slept really well. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff were very friendly, we also used the pool and jacuzzi. Altogether a great stay.

Great location and lovely fresh, hot breakfast made to order.
Staff were all lovely. Florian (not sure if I have the right name) was amazing. Nothing seemed to be too much for him and he was regularly checking to see if we were OK and had everything we need.
The room had unfortunately been used by a smokers before. We were hit with the intense smell every time we entered the space and we have all come home with our clothes smelling of it as well.
They also had some work done on the wall before we arrived and the wires and pipes were left exposed. They did warn us of this during check in but I feel it should have been covered up even if a temporary measure like taped over with cardboard as it wasn't ideal in a room with a young child and a crawling baby.

Been there many times and always been happy with the hotel. Staff were good but seemed a little short staffed at times. Hotel in good area and parking is a bonus.
Everything seemed a little slow, breakfast was slow being delivered, bar wasn’t manned at times, reception was the same at times.
Unfortunately the water was off for one whole day because of a problem.
Amazing stay with great staff and delicious food. Very close to the beach and town center. We did enjoy everything the games room was a good addition.
Really enjoyed the spa facilities they where clean, relaxing, and a nice place to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. Would happily stay again.

A friendly hotel in a good location close to the beach, pier and gardens. Clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely bar area downstairs, with a very friendly barman.
Room was very warm, although a fan was provided which helped.

Chambre non climatisée alors que Booking.com spécifiait climatisation et il faisait très chaud. Toilettes pas très propres et lunette défectueuse à notre arrivée. Parking payant si réservé par Booking.com ! Chambre chère pour ce que c’est
Stayed at the Collingwood for one night, great location, lots of parking on site and a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good quality and the service is excellent.

Dining room and bar was lovely. Good breakfast selection and staff attentive.
No fridge in room. Pool had cloudy water and was cold.

Room was tidy and comfortable, the smallest of four hotels we stayed in though. Nice touch having a pool table and ping pong too. Good location. Staff were amazing and the soda water was free. The lamp shade was cool and the design was nice.
Don't remember there being any air conditioning, remember using a fan. We didn't have a view of anything in particular very interesting but there wasn't one to have really due to location.
