Clean rooms and good breakfast with a chef to melt omelettes

Cons:

Wanted to use the pool and Sauna but it’s way too busy and not very relaxing. We took one look and left after seeing a large group of children dive bombing the Pool. There are non children times at the pool but still very busy. For a more relaxing experience might be worth booking a time slot for a small fee. Wouldn’t stop us coming back but Just don’t rely on this relaxing experience.

A beautiful, well situated hotel and spa. Great value for money.
Pros:

The rooms were stunning. Had all the amenities you need. Super friendly, efficient and lovely staff. The spa was fabulous. Location was perfect. We’re booking again for October. Take a trip up the glass lifts for a scenic view!!

I would say the SPA was really packed but I guess it’s nothing the hotel can do about, just something to keep in mind.
The morning is probably the best time to go.

Bene, ma non benissimo.
Pros:

Piaciuto il silenzio della camera, la colazione abbondante. Ottima posizione, sia per visitare le attrazioni vicine che per prendere i mezzi e recarsi in altre zone della città.

Cons:

La zona della piscina e sauna è sempre fully booked, con bambini che si tuffano da ogni dove, anche nella corsia dedicata al nuoto. Per 2 volte la camera alle 6 di sera non era ancora fatta; in particolare, la seconda volta abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception, che ha mostrato una certa ritrosia nel provare a trovare la soluzione. Un suggerimento: quando un cliente ha un problema, si cerca una soluzione e non una scusa, si deve operare come squadra. La risposta corretta è sempre: ci guardiamo subito, mi faccia chiamare il responsabile.
