Wonderful Hotel, Great Location, Highly Recommended
Pros:

Our stay here was wonderful: the hotel is well located and beautifully appointed. Everything is clean and convenient with excellent facilities and a delicious breakfast. The rooms themselves were extremely comfortable with plenty of space and we especially appreciated this being on a business trip and sharing with colleagues. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in the Tower Bridge area.

Cons:

There was nothing which could have been improved by the hotel or their staff. The lifts were a little busy with it being such a tall hotel and with a large number of rooms, but from the glass lifts at front of the hotel you can see views of the Shard, Gherkin and the White Tower from the higher floors, so we were happy to do some sight-seeing while waiting for the lift stopping on different floors.

Cons:

Aircons are very loud (tried 2 rooms). But the worst thing - there was a party downstairs until 1am with loud music on the working day. So you cant sleep on the 2nd floor. And staff just said that they have an event and music will not stop.

Our stay didn't get off to a good start
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room. Good location for our needs.

Cons:

The advertised opportunity to upgrade didn't work. I couldn't get through to reception for the entire week leading to our stay so unable to upgrade or ask questions. Booking reference not recognised online so no early online check-in. Staff didn't seem bothered when I mentioned this at check-in. Our stay didn't get off to a good start, which was unfortunate given we were only there one night.

Pros:

The facilities and the room were exceptional. Bar staff made us feel at ease whilst serving delicious cocktails. Given the events happening in the basement during fashion week we didn't feel abandoned by the staff

Cons:

The elevators were the biggest gripe, lots of waiting and all lifts were packed. I understand that the service elevator was waiting to be repaired but it was a little frustrating to travel through the hotel to the pool or reception
