Pros:

Accueil: Des rafraichissements nous sont offerts gratuitement. Possibilité de nous accommoder selon les circonstances.
Séjour: Déjeuner: Le personnel est très courtois et la nourriture offerte très variée.
Les lieux sont propres et les heures d'ouvertures des installations.
Installation de prises de courant un peu partout pour permettre la recharge des appareils électriques.

Cons:

Petits détails qui n'ont pas miné notre expérience chez vous mais qui pourraient être améliorés:
1- Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre; pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain.
2- Le lit inconfortable. (Trop mou).
3- Wi-Fi ne répondait pas toujours et le fait qu'il soit un réseau ouvert... donc non sécurisé.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

Very convenient for all forms of travel- ferries, overland TFL and tube. Easy walking distance from tower and tower bridge. Beautiful room, great breakfast and a special mention for the restaurant and bar staff.....outstanding.

Was okay, with few important flaws
Pros:

Hotel was nice, pool was cool. Staff was nice.

Cons:

I was kinda disappointed of the room view, since on the pictures it was the other and prettier side… i would appreciate if the room pictures would be more honest and actually match with the room you get.. thats a huge minus point.. You also have to wait too longggg to get in the elevator… thats annoying..
