Lovely stay, felt like a great break.
Pros:

Overall very good I would definitely come back
Pros:

It was very friendly from the start our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed

Cons:

They can’t help it but the selection of breakfast was very good
But with the cooked breakfast the bacon was cheap bacon and I don’t think the scrambled egg was real
Also it would have been lovely to have had more bread options

This is normal for most hotels but this is a great hotel so I would expect more

Pleasant and relaxing however the jacuzzi chemicals and following illness put a dent in experience
Pros:

Room was very pleasant and had a nice view of the city as requested.

Cons:

The spa facilities both made my partner and I quite ill. Lots of chemicals in the hot tub which neither of us have responded well to have left us rather ill the following days.

Bathroom cleanliness was poor. Light switches and powerplug supply moderate

Cons:

Signage at the door. I was calling at the wrong door and had to go down to reset my key. But it turned out that I was calling at a wrong door - Room 1209

Pros:

Spacious room and good bathroom with bath and separate free standing shower.

Cons:

Walkways around the swimming pool and also the floors in the changing room were very wet and slippery and needed more regular squeezy wiping.
