The room was clean and well prepared, every day coffee capsules and water has been refilled. The view from the tenth floor was impressive.
The Location is very central so we could reach all our stops within a short walk of 5-10 minutes. The atmosphere was always nice and welcoming.
Perfect location incredible view, Thanks to receptionist Dela who really helped with our visit, would come again.

The shower was terrible
Hotel nuovo moderno situato in un ottima posizione, abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni , siamo rimasti contenti per l' accoglienza la posizione e il confort.
La colazione è ottima il signor Faisal e stato ogni giorno carino e gentile ad accoglierci , compresa Dela alla reception.
Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose ottimo per un bel riposo , con piscina e spa e palestra che fanno da contorno.
Unica note un pochino negativa e un pizzico di attenzione in più nella pulizia che a volte non era perfetta , abbiamo chiesto più volte se spolverata la camera perche la polvere presente ci dava fastidio...e quando siamo arrivati c era una mezza mela dietro la tenda della finestra..tutto cmq risolto chiedendo alle donne di pulizia.
Chiedo dicendo che siamo rimasti contenti e che se dovessimo ritornare a londra sceglieremo di nuovo Hotel leonardo grazie.

Third time staying at this hotel. This is our preferred place to stay for our London breaks. We really like the foyer with plenty of comfortable seating for waiting, enjoying your drink or just chilling. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. We always book the executive room for a higher floor and access to the executive lounge where you can have a complimentary drink before heading out for the evening.
Breakfast is good quality and sets you up for the day.
Location is great, close to DLR, tube and Tower of London. We will definitely stay here again .

The check in was dreadful one person on the desk with long queue

Reception staff was rude.
The business lounge had no food or wine. Breakfast was a mess.
Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal Tower Bridge e molto comoda alla stazione della metropolitana, ideale per visitare Londra e spostarsi facilmente in città. Ottima la colazione e molto confortevoli gli ambienti comuni. Le stanze sono pulite.
La presenza della moquette non è particolarmente piacevole e dà una sensazione meno fresca all’ambiente.
La spa mi è sembrata un po’ deludente: piuttosto affollata e nel complesso non eccezionale.
