Perfect place!
Pros:

This is the second time I stated at this hotel. The main thing I love about this hotel is the location; it is conveniently located between Garmisch and Oberammergau. it is also very close to the Ettal Abby and a short drive to the Linderhof Palace. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel restaurant. The patio and balcony provided a peaceful and scenic view.

Die Lage ist gut. Freundliches Personal, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, vorallem das Badezimmer. Bei Ankunft war der Boden, wände des Bades extrem voll mit fremden Haaren. Auch so war die sauberheit nicht atemberaubend.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die schweinzhaxe war wie leder und kaum genießbar, ebenso die Spaghetti Napoli. Die Spaghetti waren nicht richtig gekocht und noch extrem hart. Geschmacklich war es auch überhaupt nicht gut.

Die Lage war topp für Wanderungen, Hallenbad und Sauna für danach waren big Selling Points
Pros:

Die Lage war exzellent für Wanderungen aller Art, direkt vom Hotel aus, ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. Die Entspannung im Hallenbad und Sauna nach den Wanderungen waren ein echtes und dickes Plus. Wir schätzten das ausserordentlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, weil die Auswahl an Brötchen sehr dürftig war, um ein Beispiel zu nennen. Dafür war der Kaffee exzellent und auch die Auswahl an Kaffeegetränken.

Cons:

Schade, dass die im Vorab zugesagten Versprechungen (Kuchen) nicht eingehalten worden. Man hielt es nicht mal für nötig dann wenigstens zum Geburtstag (80!) zu gratulieren oder vielleicht mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit zu reagieren. Die Dame vom Empfang war leider etwas überfordert
