Personale gentile…resto nulla!!!

Ho trascorso una notte la scorsa settimana con trattamento pernottamento e prima colazione.
La struttura è datata che diventa accettabile solo se rapportata ad un costo adeguato .
Non sicuramente accettabile a fronte della spesa richiesta: la stanza veniva offerta alla cifra di 180€ per persona.
Ho prenotato il giorno prima pagando “solo” 98€.
La stanza presentava un arredamento senza infamia e senza lode ma questo puo’ anche essere accettabile (ma non a fronte del prezzo richiesto).

I problemi iniziano con la carta da parati nella stanza che era scollata. Il frigo bar si apriva con difficoltà. La porta finestra dava sul pianerottolo della scala di emergenza (pertanto impossibile tenere la finestra aperta mantenendo un certo grado di sicurezza). Il climatizzatore era così rumoroso da non poterlo mantenere acceso durante la notte.
Passando alla zona bagno …il bidet aveva il filtro del rubinetto così incrostato dal calcare al punto da non permettere l’erogazione dell’acqua. Scendeva giusto un rigagnolo. Inutilizzabile.
La finestra non aveva una tenda. Zero privacy .
La doccia presentava una porta a soffietto che non restava chiusa e all’interno della doccia non vi era nessun appoggio per i prodotti.
Lo scopino del wc aveva la spazzola staccata. Colazione minima con tre tipologie di brioches asciutte al limite del mangiabile(anche se appena portate in sala)…piscina con griglie sfioro rotte e mancanti…180€/persona…INDECENTE!!!
Alassio bellissima ma struttura pessima!!!

Caldo soffocante nelle stanze 31 gradi

La posizione, comoda per andare in direzione lungomare

Cons:

Aria condizionata presente, ma non funzionante correttamente , in camera la temperatura eracdi 31 gradi centigradi.
Nonostante abbia fatto presente che era impossibile poter dormire con quella temperatura la risoista è stata la seguente" L'impianto è vecchio e non funziona correttamente" . Detto ciò non indicate che le camere sono dotate di climatizzazione, perchè prendete in gito i clienti.
