Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Świetne śniadanie. Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Wyposażenie zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia. Pokój nie jest dźwiękowo izolowany od korytarza. Mieliśmy szczęście, że nastoletnia ekipa, która była bardzo podniecona nocowaniem w hotelu, przestrzegała dość solidnie godzin ciszy nocnej. Ale to nie musi być niestety regułą.

Тихо, затишно, натхненно відпочивати і працюваті. Уявляла себе у гостях дідуся Миколая Коперніка
Pros:

Сніданок був смачний. Все, що мені б хотілося отримати на сніданок, я отримала. Єдине, не завжди була вівсяна каша. Хотілося б мати її частіше.
Надзвічайне розташування готелю. Всі музеї, які я б хотіла відвідати, в 2 - 5 хвилинах ходьби. Поруч - прекрасна Вісла. Можна ранком прогулятіся узбережжям.
Окрема подяка персоналу. Я дійсно відчувала себе у безпеці, не сама, всі мої прохання реалізовувалися моментально. Приємно було відчувати піклування. Мені були раді.
В номері тихо і затишно.
До речі, в номері прекрасний Інтернет.

Cons:

Мені пощастило з вибором хорошого готелю з гідним персоналом. Тому мені все сподобалося.

Sehr einfach, aber sauber! Liegt im Zentrum. Ich war nur 1 Nacht und war sehr zufrieden. Das ist kein luksus, aber sehr günstig.

Umiejscowienie hotelu w zabytkowe kamienicy i jej klimat. Bardzo blisko ciekawych miejsc. Dobra cena do jakości.

Dobra lokalizacja i czysto, reszta straszy

Cons:

Obsługa jest miła do czasu wystąpienia problemu. Recepcjonistka złamała kilka przepisów fiskalnych i do tego nie kryła się ze swoją ofensywną postawa. Jakiekolwiek prośby wywołaly w niej ostentacyjne westchnięcia, uniesienia brwi, rzucanie kartkami. Potwierdzenie transakcji wręcz rzuciła na blat. To nie jest odpowiednia obsługa. Na pewno nie jest to zachowanie które pozwala pracować w gastronomii i hotelarstwie.

W hotelu mocno niesie się muzyka z restauracji. Impreza trwa do północy i niestety nikt nie uprzedza o tym gości. Hałas na tyle mocno niósł się w górę, że na trzecim piętrze nie dało się spać.

Na korytarzach unosi się zapach jedzenia. Pokój choć czysty - to trzeba przyznać, to straszy. Drzwi rodem z lat. 80-tych do łazienki. Popękane szyby w oknach, które się nie domykają.
