Klimatyczny Toruń.Sporo wiedzy dla dziecka:Kopernik,planetarium i jak upiec pierniki.
Pros:

Lokalizacja genialna,wszędzie bliziutko.Śniadania wyśmienite(bufet szwedzki w godz.od7 aż do 11) .I obsługa....Nie znajduję słów uznania.Każda prośba spełniana bezproblemowo.Dostaliśmy dwa pokoje sąsiadujące ze sobą( dwójka +jedynka). Wspomnieliśmy o bilardzie i prawie natychmiast przygotowano w sali konferencyjnej specjalnie dla nas.Do pokoju dostaliśmy czajnik i suszarkę.Trafił nam się pokój z lodówką,co przy trzydniowym ,zimowym pobycie z dzieckiem było bardzo dużym udogodnieniem -kolacja w pokoju:).

Cons:

Nieprzyjemny zapach z toalety-ale to dość częsty problem starych kamienic na starówce.

All in all a nice hotel, we may come back when travelling to Toruń.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vibe was kind of retro, but everything seemed maintained and clean.

Cons:

The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors. But this is a very old historical building. The staff could be more professional in handling documents, they were left in sight for other guests.

Pobyt był bardzo udany, kiedyś wrócimy.
Pros:

Obsługa, przemili ludzie, bardzo uczynni i otwarci. Czystość, świeża pościel, pachnąca. Czyste i miękkie ręczniki. Duża powierzchnia pokoju, komfort. Lokalizacja wspaniała. Blisko do toruńskich atrakcji. W hotelu winda. Widok z okna magiczny.

Cons:

Standard lat 90. Zapadnięty materac i chemiczny zapach w naszym pokoju. Brak zasłon. Nieszczelne okna dachowe a byliśmy w styczniu. Brak termostatu na grzejniku. Dość wysoka cena.

Piękne, zabytkowe miejsce z życzliwymi Pracownikami - brawo!
Pros:

Piękne, zabytkowe lokum (warto poprosić Pracowników o wskazanie średniowiecznych fresków!), w sercu toruńskiego Starego Miasta, miejsce spokojne. Bardzo życzliwy i pomocny personel (dziękuję wszystkim Państwu, których poznałem, a najbardziej Pani Recepcjonistce ze zmiany wieczornej 5/6 I i Panu Recepcjoniście ze zmiany porannej 6 I). Obfite, różnorodne, pyszne śniadania w restauracji. Z pewnością będę chciał do Państwa wrócić.

Cons:

Minimalny zapach kanalizacji po wejściu do pokoju (z łazienki), ale po otwarciu okna mroźne powietrze szybko go wywiało.

Ktoś długo bardzo głośno rozmawiał późnym wieczorem i po północy. Nie dało się ustalić, z którego pokoju, bo słychać było dobrze wewnątrz pokoju, natomiast o dziwo na korytarzu - zupełna cisza. Ale chyba z ostatniego piętra, które nie wyglądało na hotelowe (jedne drzwi). Stukanie w sufit - nie pomogło.
