Obsługa sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Sam hotel ulokowany jest w dobrej lokalizacji, niby stare miasto, ale jednak na samym wolicie, dlatego nie było to zbyt upierdliwe. Pokoje nie duże, ale przyjazne, nie przytłaczające. Na pewno wracając do Torunia, ponownie wrócimy do tego hotelu.

Czysty i przestronny pokój. Wyjątkowo, na zdjęciach wydawał się mniejszy. Wygodne krzesła plus fotel, a nad to sofa rozkładana, więc nie było problemu z wyborem miejsca do siedzenia jak w większości odwiedzonych hoteli. Miejscówka w dogodnym miejscu, wszędzie można dojść w parę minut, i do tego widok na most drogowy i Wisłę.

Może nie tyle co się nie podobało, ale odrobinę rozczarowało, to awaria windy. Ze względu na kłopoty z poruszaniem się, była to dla mnie pewna niedogodność. Cóż, awarie się zdarzają.
