Gutes Hotel in der historischen Altstast von Torun!
Pros:

Hotel liegt im historischen Teil von Torun. Zimmer war absolut ok, vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich als ich eine zweite Decke benötigte. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend!

Zdjęcia zakłamują rzeczywistość. Czytajcie opinie!

Świetna lokalizacja. Obok katedra. Bulwar Filadelfijski nad Wisłą oddalony jest o kilka kroków. Rynek staromiejski i pozostałe atrakcje turystyczne starego miasta są zlokalizowane blisko hotelu. Śniadania spożywane są w połączonym z hotelem budynkiem należącym niegdyś do dziadków Mikołaja Kopernika. Bardzo duży plus, to uprzejma obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoje o wystroju z lat 80 tych i 90 tych. Tak samo łazienka. Ogólnie hotel nadaje się na obiekt turystyczny dla osób o mniej zasobnym portfelu, jako dom turysty. Bardzo mała i niefunkcjonalna łazienka. Na plecy osunął mi się szklany element drzwi kabiny. Brak miejsca na odłożenie kosmetyków. Bufet szwedzki słaby i nie urozmaicony. Kto przyjdzie nieco później musi zadowolić się resztkami. Jeśli czegokolwiek brakuje, należy poprosić personel.

Blisko centrum.

Cons:

Hotel niestety nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Pokój był wyraźnie zaniedbany – w kabinie prysznicowej znajdował się piasek, co świadczy o niedokładnym sprzątaniu. Materac był w plamach, co znacząco obniża komfort i poczucie higieny. W całym pokoju unosił się kurz, którego było naprawdę dużo.

Dodatkowo zabrakło podstawowego wyposażenia, które w dzisiejszych standardach jest raczej oczywiste – nie było zestawu do parzenia kawy ani suszarki do włosów. W łazience dodatkowo unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z kratki wentylacyjnej, co było bardzo uciążliwe.

W związku z tym zrezygnowałam z noclegu. Pobyt oceniam negatywnie i zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy standardów czystości oraz wyposażenia pokoi.

Lokalizacja to na pewno najmocniejsza cecha obiektu. Bardzo dobre, świeże i urozmaicone śniadania.
