Le Montagnard – Auberge/Hôtel & chalets

Malheureusement, un groupe de touristes québécois a vraiment été bruyant dans le spa! La direction a tenté de les joindre, mais ce fut sans succès. Sinon, l'environnement est très paisible.

Room looked very old and cheap. No phone, no instructions in the room. Outside very run down. Holes in the bed linen. Not expected from a fairly expensive night accommodation.

Kitchen was missing essential equipment. Light bulbs in kitchen not working. No shampoo and conditioner in bathtub. Cleaner left dirty cleaning towel. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Way too expensive

I mentioned to the receptionist, and she was very understanding and responsive. I suggested that seriously discussion with cleaning staff and owner was required.

Unless improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hot tub and sauna were great. Great communication. Nice spot.

Parfait pour skier à Sutton juste à côté

Les accès (trottoir et marches) n'étaient pas déneigés. L'appartement sentait la moisissure, il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour le troisième occupant. Il n'y avait pas de savon ni papier de toilette, nous avons dû nous en procurer au village parce qu'il n'y avait personne à la réception vendredi soir à 21h. Nous avons relavé la vaisselle qui n'était pas propre. La porte de toilette est défectueuse, la troisième charnière n'est pas visée.

Great time dog friendly! Easy access to the mountain! definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Montagnard, in particular:
-Welcoming host who called me to confirm and share entry details!
-Clean A
-Absolutely fabulous hot tub outside (note the heavy wood lid you have to remove and replace yourself).
Would have loved a kettle to make our tea in the room and lights outside around the hot tub would have been lovely if on.

We would return!

Stayed there for a dog show. Partying happened ALL night long. Even after requests to management music and screaming became louder. No parking because too many NON paying guests took parking spots. Did not sleep all night. Did not feel safe at all. DO NOT book here if you are a single woman.

Le pire hotel qu'on est allé. Très brouillant meme à 2am! Sale. Pas de réceptionniste pour se plaindre. Pas de café gratuit. Lit non confortable avec des insectes. Chambre tres petit. Qucune qualité prix. Ne pas y aller

Stayed in one of the hotel unit on this trip. Room was well equipped with all the necessities from a coffee pot to a hairdryer, nothing was missed.
The beds were comfortable for a short stay and room was spacious enough.
