Great and comfortable space, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Large room, confortable, our adult son could visit and stay for two nights, excellent breakfast, nice patio with table

This is a nice little hotel- but the rooms are in need of a little refresh.
Pros:

Cute small hotel; Great Location; Breakfast delivered to door; friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Room size very small- much smaller than image portrayed. Hair dryer was old, outlets need to be changed- the plugs would not stay plugged in. Furniture should be updated. Get next day's breakfast order in before you leave for the day.

It was fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and just the right amount of food.

Cons:

We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fireplace.. so the light on all night was a huge issue for me.. I couldn’t sleep.
Next morning we saw the remote.. small black one on the little black table. No instructions anywhere.

Pros:

Big room, clean, comfortable bed. Good shower. Minimal breakfast turned out to be fine. Great location.

Cons:

Heard people upstairs walking around. Would try for a 2d floor room next time. Could use a couple more hooks in the bathroom.

Room was cool, clean and comfortable. Bedding was good. Bathroom was also clean.

Other than a clean room, no good experience.
Coffee maker was kept in the BATHROOM!!
They advertised free breakfast but breakfast was a basket of muffins, no coffee, no oatmeal (both were paid). It was still fine.
Only that we couldn't sleep properly because it is a roadside property. My bad! Should have checked that before booking.
But the management didn't make it easy. Some construction or maybe cleaning was happening in the adjacent room and probably some third floor room (we were on second floor). Now add that noise to the noise of traffic at 8AM on a vacation. We just got up and left.

Beautiful stay for a romantic extra long weekend.
Pros:

Place was spacious, the beds were comfy, literally with Comfy sheets and bedding. It was very convenient to walk to to the Calistoga downtown area. The daily continental breakfast delivered daily was also a nice treat.

We would stay there again. The location was so convenient.

Cons:

The rooms were just a bit small. We had a cozy one bedroom. There was not enough room in the bathrooms to store or put out your items, ex any medication hand creams, toothbrush and toothpaste.

It is not about being a sensitive sleeper. The rooms next to the street are far too noisy.

Absentee staff, stupid water choices and forgetting to rinse cleaning products is what the Bergson is all about.
Pros:

The property has big rooms and attempts to be charming and relaxing with fountains.

Cons:

The unit above has a loud air conditioner that leaked and dripped heavily !! No staff was available when I checked in. They were rude to me over text message. They do not assume the customer is right.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Superb location. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was overall very good.

Cons:

However, the eggs were ice cold; it would have been better to either warm them up a bit, or have them at room temperature.
The bathroom fan seemed to be on for hours above or in the next room, so it was hard to fall asleep.
