Location
Attitude of staff
The furniture and the capacious room are appreciated by me.
Behavior of a receptionist during my recent stay at this hotel. He is Egyptian. The individual's attitude toward me was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Their demeanor made me feel as though I was an unwelcome guest and that my stay was an imposition rather than a paid service. Specifically, they spoke to me in a dismissive tone when I said my Emirates ID had recently expired and I had the new one in the UAE Pass app; only then did they make a sarcastic comment when I inquired about my reservation. Such behavior is unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing role, especially in the hospitality industry. It significantly detracted from my overall experience in this hotel. I am deeply concerned that a staff member with such an attitude is representing this establishment at the reception desk. I hope the management will address this matter promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar negative experiences.
I like the service from the receptionist up to their housekeeping. They are very friendly and attentive as well. I like how spacious their room is.
I don't like their breakfast buffet. The food seems sad and lonely for breakfast.I'm hopeful that they will improve it next time.
