Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming. Instead of assisting us politely, the way we were spoken to made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that hotels can be busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be expected from front-desk staff. I hope management will address this issue and provide better customer service training to the staff.

The room was quite clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Overall, I had a very good impression — a comfortable place and definitely good value for money.

The staff was very rude, there was no parking so I parked my car quiet far and had to walk to the hotel, I forgot my physical id while my wife was carrying it still the reception staff became so rude that Arabic old man and sent me back all the way to 20 minutes burning summer walk, he could’ve had my wife’s physical id and my ID’s soft copy but he did not. Not recommended 👎🏻

Unfortunately, our experience with the reception service was disappointing. One receptionist, Ms. Namiya, was not welcoming and communicated in a rude and unprofessional manner, without a smile or proper guest interaction. This was our first such unpleasant experience at Al Diar Mina Hotel.

We requested drinking water by phone on 11 August at around 19:00 hrs, but it was only delivered on 12 August at around 10:00 hrs after multiple requests. Additionally, the bath towel in Room 501 was damaged, the washbasin and bathroom drainage were not functioning properly, and the AC was not cooling effectively, resulting in an uncomfortably high room temperature.

I kindly suggest providing additional customer service training to the reception staff and ensuring better attention to room maintenance so that future guests can have a more welcoming and comfortable experience.

The doesn’t have king size bed for basic categories room and the breakfast buffet need to be improved
