Totally Wrong to stay the hotel

Nothing... the staff one philipno lady on reception With Rude behavior.. No parking for the cars also your guy there housekeeping staff asking 20aed for the car parking. Totally embaricing

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional
Pros:

Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel was the price. However, even that became an issue for me because I already paid in cash at the property, yet it was not properly recorded in the system. Later, the application attempted to charge me again for the same booking, which is unacceptable.

Cons:

There were several negative aspects during my stay. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and there were no tissues provided in the room. The tea amenities appeared to have been used by a previous guest, which is unacceptable.

Additionally, the elevator was not working, and the TV in the room was broken. I requested an extra key since the booking was for two people, but the staff refused, saying it was not available. Also, the bathroom only had towels for one person, even though the reservation was for two guests.

Overall, the experience was very bad and disappointing.
