Everything was wonderful…even the breakfast!

This hotel was decent and clean.

We had a great stay only down side was the pool wasn’t open, even though it was ready to go, the manager said it wasn’t open until Memorial Day…other than that the room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was good.

The property overall seemed clean. However, when we got to our room, there was a dirty washcloth on the sink in our bathroom. The toilet could’ve been a little cleaner as well.
Otherwise, it was a good stay. The staff was excellent. There was a pretty good breakfast as well.

All staff were very friendly and courteous especially at the front desk. Our room was clean but it was so outdated. The rug was raveled along the edge and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away. The hotel rooms need refurbished badly. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as we were there for just one night. Check-in was so easy.

This time not so much, very loud neighboring room. Kept me up till midnight when I needed to get up very early. 😞

Traveling through the mid-west, I had the pleasure of finding one of the few best hotels west of the Mississippi river. Wanda and John were extremely helpful, kind, and laid back. As somebody who was driving for a long while, they provided me the best sweet relief of true hospitality.
I got to check in early and familiarize myself with the surroundings. The staff made sure all my needs were met and provided me great recommendations in the area. I'll be grateful to stay at this hotel again, much appreciation to all the staff.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean as well as the hallways and the breakfast was delightful.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Will be staying here again in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. There were lots of items to pick from at breakfast. The omelets were great! My grandson loved the waffles. The lobby was nicely decorated for St. Patrick's Day.

Great breakfast very clean.

Very friendly staff. There was a funky smell when we first entered the lobby of the hotel, but didn’t notice it after that. Our room had garbage under the suitcase bench, that was missed by the cleaning crew. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

We came to Milan for a family wedding in Medina and this property could not have been more perfect. The staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked through the front doors. The breakfast was incredible and, if you walk away hungry, it's your own fault! The room was clean and comfortable. We have lots of family in that area and this will be our go-to place to stay! Thank you Milan Hampton staff!!

This is just about the only hotel in town so it’s the only option when I am in Milan for business and Ive stayed at this location every year for over a decade. The stay was unsatisfactory because the elevator broke twice and it was very challenging to carry suitcases, hanging clothes, laptop bag and a cooler up the stairs. Rooms have no refrigerator. Also the shampoo and body was bottles are mounted 6 feet from the base of the tub. I am 5 feet tall and could not reach the pumps. The bottom of the bottles were over my head. Same with the shower towel hook. Totally unusable. As soon as Milan has a Fairfield inn or holiday inn express, I’ll be staying there, and I’m a Hilton diamond member.

Nice hotel. Close to where we needed to go, so very convenient. Very nice bathrooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
