Cons:

Nice location and interior, but the hotel’s service failed completely both during and after our stay.

On 9 May 2026 guests were woken by a loud evacuation alarm caused by a system malfunction. Despite the obvious stress and confusion, no staff member informed or reassured guests, we had to search for information ourselves.

Afterwards, we contacted the hotel twice, including via Booking.com, and received absolutely no response.

This situation showed a serious lack of professionalism, communication and basic guest care. We definitely will not return and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Die Lage ist top, aber das Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Frühstück war ok, das darf auch wohl wenn man fast 30€ dafür bezahlt. Für so viel Geld erwartet man schneller ein Platz zu bekommen, denn es war schwierig für 4 Personen um 8:30 ein Tisch zu bekommen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schalgedämpft.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage war schwierig zu finden: man fährt durch eine Art Fußgängerzone, was ein komisches Gefühl gibt. Man hätte die Gäste im Voraus ein deutliche Weg Beschreibung zuschicken können.
Der Gutschein von 5 € die wir bekamen weil unser Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt werden brauchte, dürfte nicht während der Happy Hour eingelöst werden: enttäuschend, stand nicht auf dem Schein und wurde als peinlich erfahren.
Unser Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht richtig, konnte aber nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht werden, weil es Sonntag war. Nur wenn wir den Zimmer wechseln würden...
60€ Parkgebühren für 2 Tage fand ich auch sehr hoch.
Es gab keinen Tisch neben unser Bett, dass empfanden wir als unpraktisch.
Wir haben gesucht nach einem holländischen Sender im TV. Leider nicht gefunden. Zum Glück gabe es schon 5 Russische, 4 x Al Jazeera und auch noch ein Kanal aus Usbekistan.... :(.
Wir waren am Vortag im Hyperion in Leipzig. Wenn wir beiden vergleichen gewinnt Leipzig mit Glanz.

Witzig gestaltetes Zimmer (Bad mitten im Raum), hohe Decke

Matratze für mich leider zu weich, aber für eine Nacht okay.
